The service that I received especially the time frame of 3 days for delivery was excellent.
It was also good to be able to purchase brains beers as I now live in England and missed being able to get my favorite brains beers since moving away from Cardiff
It is also great now that brains are producing low alcohol beer which is a fantastic.

The first parcel was dropped by Royal Mail which agreeably wasn't Brain's fault. However, I was assured that a replacement delivery would be sent overnight to arrive in time for Father's Day. It was a Father's Day promotion! It eventually arrived on Tuesday, three days later than expected.
