A high quality product and very helpful advice from staff.
As the ready-made wire plant training kits don't include the right length of wire rope for my job, I was advised to buy all the components separately, which worked well. My other questions were also answered knowledgeably. The items arrived promptly and installation was easy with the downloadable instructions. I used it on a trellis for a new espalier apple tree. It looks good and stainless steel should be very durable, though obviously it's too early to say. I recommend the high quality Sealey wire rope cutter that is featured alongside the wire, which gives a neat finish.

Website Picture is Different from the Real Item on Delivery. We bought Shower Door, and the Threshold in reality was much smaller than on Internet Picture. On Picture it looked like 50mm height, but in reality, it was 5mm.
In addition, they mixed our client's delivery address with our business address. This is understandable mistake, however, it provided us with extra work to deliver to client's house.

Easy to order all the components I required to install my vine wires, unfortunately one item was a couple missing which I was made aware of at ordering and was told they would be with me as soon as they came back in stock, expecting to be 5 days but 2 days after the original order arrived I was emailed to say they had been dispatched and would be with me the next day, exceptional service, I can highly recommend and would certainly have no hesitation in ordering from them again😊
