Excellent and fast customer service and advice over several weeks whilst I was choosing products. The products themselves are excellent and far superior to similar products I bought elsewhere which had tiny nuts which seared off whilst trying to tighten. Excellent prices too.

Very satisfied
I've just finished installing a stainless steel stair-rail and the whole project has been enjoyable and successful. The guy who took my order for the custom-length rail was friendly and helpful, the kit was delivered when promised, and the installation - about which I was a little worried - went very smoothly. The finished rail looks and feels great!

Attractive strong support
Very solid, strong and the wires look great. I am using them to support a very large grape vine along a south facing wall. I had order three wires previously and as my vine gets bigger I needed more. They are easy to fix in place, (a drill is needed) and quite adjustable. They will become very tight and neat if you adjust them correctly. Its very easy. I will be ordering more for my climbing jasmin and climbing rose.

Excellent all round service
Great prices, really easy to work out what you need as they sell the stainless steel rope in a kit along with all fittings. Really easy to assemble and use, looks great. The delivery was really quick. Great service, highly recommended.

Tensioned 10m trellis kit
I purchased 3 of the tensioned 10m trellis kits for installation onto a masonry wall. These are heavy duty and I had some problems initially with installation, because it wasn't clear to me what allan key was needed and also as the cables are hard to hand tension and cut. However I got very helpful support from the technical team including free replacement of some bolts I had damaged and I am happy with the product as now installed.
