Really easy process. Chose exactly what I wanted on website, placed my order and received an email as soon as my order was ready to collect. No charge for click and collect deliveries and staff in store very helpful so no complaints.

We used the shredding service
We used the shredding service. Excellent. And a good price too. All certificated as we had confidential stuff. Shredding done at the house - outside in a huge shredding vehicle- and a certificate sent a few days later reassuring us of safe and secure disposal. The Ryman customer services were a great help when ordering. The shredding alliance company were very contactable when organising the day. With good updates and two lovely men who came. All very quick and seamless.

On 8th May we went into Rymans looking for a printer. We spoke to Amanda. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and talked us through the different printers available. I was initially concerned about setting up the printer, but Amanda allayed all my fears. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and would certainly shop in Rymans again! Amanda was very good at assisting us and we are very grateful.

Popped into the Plymouth store
Popped into the Plymouth store to see if I could get some individual Epsom inks. Although they didn't have what I wanted, the assistant checked online and found where I could get them. Very helpful. I ordered the inks via the Ryman online store as he suggested and got exactly what I wanted.

CLAIRE is extraordinary @ Ryman’s
Today -11/05/26 @17:35, CLAIRE, the clerk at Ryman Stationary/Shandwick Place, gave us EXCEPTIONAL service.
We are foreign travelers who needed help navigating the online form to send a package via DHL (not as easy as it sounds) and Claire patiently helped us complete the process WHILE multi-tasking 5 other customers. She never lost her cool. We watched her work as an interpreter for two elderly people at the same time as helping us. Claire deserves extra special recognition for her attitude, work ethic and complete competence.

Not as good as it should be
Ordered shredding sacks for confidential waste. The instructions made it sound like it was easy to get a convenient collection date but sadly this wasn’t true. We did arrange one eventually but it wasn’t easy. Also their click and collect service is weirdly slow. It’s quicker to have an order delivered to your home than to one of their stores which seems the wrong way round- why offer it then?!

Thank you for your review and I am sorry to hear this.
To provide some clarity, our shredding service is run by The Shredding Alliance. Whilst they do try to provide multiple collection dates, sometimes due to logistics or timings, these can be quite limited, however I am glad that this has been sorted.
With our click and collect service, all products available in store will be available to be collected on the date of purchase, however sometimes stock does need to be shipped from our warehouse. This can delay the collection by a few days, however this can be viewed during checkout for your reference.
