They use deceptive practices after you cancel your subscription.
I had subscribed many months ago but had canceled.
Received an email from my own pharmacy for a prescription refil which I normally answer "yes".
RXMD uses the same format to trick you into an order.
"Be ware of their deceptive practice".
My attempts to cancel within minutes could not be honored, they flatvout denied a refund even if the order was not shipped. They have no scruples into setting a trap to their subscribers. Be ware !!!

I had a plan with Rxmd where I could order when I needed a refill. They would e-mail me occasionally to see how things were going. Then those e-mails stopped. A few months later I signed into my account and there was no way to reorder. I contacted their support team and got no response. I’m assuming I wasn’t profitable enough for them to keep my account active.
I wasn't put on hold the person I spoke with was capable polite and able to honor all of my requests
I was not put on hold I was greeted by a live person who was knowledgeable about all the products polite and able to honor all of my requests I've been with this company for four and a half years and don't plan on leaving at all every experience I ever had with them has been wonderful they go out of their way to make their customers happy and it's so obvious and this makes me happy in a day where so many companies could care less about their customers but not RX meds the fact that they care about their customers is so obvious two of the request that I made I expected to be refused but they were honored without even a second thought love this company
Misleading and Fraudulent Business Practices

Over a period of 2 years I was regularly and unabashedly solicited by RxMD via email and text to reorder their products. After not ordering from RxMD for 2 years I called them and ordered 1 item. Subsequently, I received an email of my order, which included 2 add’l items I had not ordered, for which I was charged an additional $40. I saw they had been charged to my credit card and I immediately called RxMD and notified them of their error. I requested that these items be removed from my order and the $40 refunded to my account. I was told that they had not been shipped.
About 5 days later my order arrived with the 2 items included. I next emailed RxMD, requesting that they process a refund and provide instructions on how to return the unopened products. I also called them and was told they would research my order and get back to me. Repeated calls to them and the promised research never happened. I was ignored.
I reported RxMD to my bank as a fraudulent order. Five (5) weeks later, their conclusion was that I had ordered the products in question. RxMD concocted a story to make my bank think that I had. I damn well know what I ordered.
When originally formed, the company had excellent, responsive support. Those days have passed. I can only conclude that the company systemically trains their sales and support staff to mislead customers. This is a “bait and switch” tactic employed by unscrupulous companies.

“Satisfaction Guaranteed” - NOT!
The reviews on their website show overwhelming positive comments. These are presented to only reflect the positive. They do not allow you to access an unfavorable review.
It would have been a simple thing to simply refund the charge for the products shipped in error. Instead, they have opted to receive a poor review and to create a very unhappy customer. I cancelled my account today. Vote with your feet and consider ordering your meds from other providers. Today there are lots of options.

When you go to cancel a subscription with other companies, they try to hard sell you on keeping the subscription and that did not happen with Phyllis at RxMD. She was very polite and asked me kindly why I was stopping my subscription and I told her it was too costly to continue and I had not seen the benefits of subscription. She offered me a discount and another alternative in which I declined. She politely wished me a good day and that was it. Thank you Phyllis for being polite to me today.
