Too much money for terrible customer service

I ordered on a small order worth $400 and never received it. Tracking said delivered my security cameras showed me there had been no delivery.
I have sent their customer service three separate emails all 3-4 days apart regarding my package never arriving and I have been completely ignored. I will be boycotting RW&Co.

Their customer service deserves a zero rating! I purchased an expensive coat ($430) from their website and I realized it was missing a dream catcher that attaches to the zipper (it was both in the picture and the description on the website) and when I called customer service to complain, they advised me to purchase it again and see if it’s still missing! I did that and when I received the jacket the dream catcher was missing again so I returned it (over 3 weeks ago) and I haven’t gotten my refund back even though they confirmed that they’ve received the package! Their over the phone customer service is useless! I’ve called over 10 times and I only get “I’m so sorry but there is nothing we can do!” I WANT MY REFUND BACK. The only thing they did was REMOVE the jacket from their website after my complaint but how does that help me as a customer? They just wanted to cover their a$$ so they don’t get into more trouble with more customers without even solving my issue and now they took my money and the jacket!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased an item and then 2 days later it went on sale. I spoke to someone who told me email the item details, etc. to customer service and someone would respond promptly. I've never received a response and am told to keep waiting for the response to my email. Who knows if it'll ever arrive? There are WAY better stores to buy clothes from...won't be bothering with this place again.
EDIT: Just wanted to edit this to add that it is now December 5th and I still have not received any response. I've called and spoken to customer service THREE times and have been told each time that "back office is going to process it". Today when I (calmly) asked if the issue could be escalated, the person just hung up on me. Bravo guys...classy business you're running there!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY !! I love the way my black and grey dress pants are turning pink because of RW's poor quality. Even though they have seen pictures their excuse is they only guarantee quality for 60 days .After reading my negative review they asked that I call to resolve this issue BUT THEY NEVER HAD THE COURTESY TO RETURN CALLS. Please do not waste your money here
WORST customer service
This company has the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. They take forever to answer an email and their response is so useless, they don't even read the cases properly. Long story short, they offered a promotion that was not working properly on their website. I sent an email to customer service, it has been almost a month without resolving the issue. Once, I even contacted their online chat asking for an update on the case and they told me someone will email me shortly. Took them 14 DAYS onlu to ask for information that was sent in my original email. I replied with my opinion about the experience and once again no response. Or maybe I just need to wait for another 14 days.

If I could give 0 I would. They lost my package.. made me wait 10 business days to start a claim with the post office.. made me wait 10 more business days for a refund and never got it. Be very careful when ordering online. I use to love shopping here for men stuff for boyfriend.. never again.

Love the trendy styles at RW&Co but...
Love the trendy styles at RW&Co but I still have not received my slight puffy sleeved shirt. It was delivered on a work day and someone stole the parcel. It was probably dropped off where it was visible to the public as was the previous order. Customer service said to wait a full week in case it was delivered elsewhere in error. Even before the 7 days were up, they closed my file and said since they have not heard from me, it was resolved. I would have timed the delivery on a day I was off work to look out for my item BEFORE it was stolen but there is not an exact date given when you order it. I'm now less inclined to order delivery... too bad. I'm thinking what shadey person out there is wearing my RW shirt or... sold it to the black market?

Very poor experience. They claimed 3-7 days for delivery only after placing order 2+ days days they published delivery dates what was 9nbusiness days. When I tried to cancel the order that was not shipped they said they can't cancel and I have to take it to a store.
Be prepared to be treated like dirt
Be prepared to be treated like dirt. Quality of clothing is no better than H&M and the prices are 3x that. Clothing falls apart after a few washes (stitching), when I went back to the store to try and exchange it for a different (non-defective pair) I was blamed. Told I didn't take care of it properly and had put the clothing in the dryer. I hadn't, I had followed the washing instructions (wash in cold and then line dry) then the manager told me that I "must have gotten then caught on something. I was told "I should know better". It was absolutely humiliating, I was near tears and had to leave. I tried calling customer service. After being on hold to "maintain my priority" (which was constantly changed) I finally spoke to a representative for about 2mins. Was told his "system was down" and would be called back in 5 minutes and did not receive a call back. I have been insulted, humiliated and had my time and money wasted. My only recommendation is to NEVER shop here.

Excellent service from the manager in the Kingsway mall, Edmonton location. Always eager to help customers and is always friendly and courteous. it's always a pleasant experience shopping there. The staff are extremely helpful.
Extremely Disappointed with RW & Co: Terrible Service and Failed Promises
My recent visit to RW & Co was a complete disappointment. Despite being promised a receipt via email due to their lack of paper, it never arrived. The customer service was equally unsatisfactory, with dismissive staff showing no concern for the issue. Overall, a frustrating experience that left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

Je commande un veston taille 2 en solde de la boutique des Promenades St-Bruno, que je dois recevoir à la maison. Lorsque la vendeuse commande l'article pour moi, j'ai le veston entre les mains en taille 4 que je lui tends, mais malgré ça, elle fait une erreur et commande le mauvais article (ça arrive.). Je reçois donc un pantalon blanc taille 4, je téléphone au service à la clientèle, elle ne peut m'aider et me dirige vers le magasin qui a fait l'erreur. J'explique que c'est un item en solde, que j'ai peur qu'il n'y ai plus beaucoup de tailles disponible alors j'aimerais qu'elle m'envoie le bon article afin de m'assurer de l'avoir et d'ensuite régler le retour en magasin. C'est impossible. Je propose donc de le commander en ligne moi-même et de retourner l'article par la suite. Lors de l'achat, j'ai eu 30% de rabais (qui n'est pas disponible en ligne) et je n'atteins pas le montant de livraison gratuite en ligne alors je demande s'il est possible de me rembourser ces frais supplémentaires lorsque j'irai retourner le mauvais pantalon. Aucune ouverture. Elle ne peut rien faire pour m'aider à régler ce problème qui a la base, est une erreur de leur employée.
Je téléphone 4 fois en une heure, au magasin de St-Bruno, aucune réponse. Je téléphone donc au Dix30, ils ont l'article, j'explique la situation, mais encore là, elle ne peut me garder l'article plus que la journée même (on est vendredi 16:00 !!!). Il faut donc que j'aille maintenant en magasin.
Jamais été aussi compliqué de faire un achat !!
Une erreur ça arrive, mais ne rien mettre en œuvre pour la régler, ça manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers la clientèle.

I purchased items on line and have always been told I have 14 days for a price adjustment but when I went into the store they would return my item but refused to allow me to repurchase them. The smart thing to do is purchase in the store first at the sale price and return the same items that were purchased online. The store in Heartland in Mississauga is horrible and ruining RW&CO brand. Too bad the customer service is poor including their customer cares department.

Excellent service from the manager
My husband and I were served by the manager at the Train Yards location in Ottawa. We were impressed by the customer service we received from Karl. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, patient and understanding. This type of service is rare these days. Thank you so much Karl!
Deceptive Stock Supply and Order Processing
If a company has continuing issues, with customer orders and benefits from seriously delayed refunds, and fails to address the issues, that borders on FRAUD. My partner wanted to purchase a dress coat for me at RW&CO at the local Mall. Did not have my size. They checked and said we have your size on line. My partner paid for it with her credit card and she ordered it through the store. Late that afternoon when we returned home there was an e-mail stating that they were not available, after being told that there were 4 in my size. WE have never received any product. Since then we have been going through a terrible process to get a refund. At one point, we were told the refund was put back on her credit card. We checked with the Card Company, it was NOT, ( we checked with the card company before we called) and the customer service rep argued that it was. Three calls now and still to no avail to get the situation resolved. It seems the ( RW&CO ) does not want to refund her credit card. Over two weeks now. They are NOT BBB associated. So now to escalate the issue with a complaint to Dept. of Consumer Affairs and share my issues with Market Place. If you have an issue with this company, and they will not resolve the issue, Then file a complaint.
