I ordered 4 outfits as gifts for this Xmas. First, the clothes were wet I guess during mailing. Two of the outfits needed to be returned. When I contacted the company and asked for a return shipping label, they implied they only accepted returns if there were quality issues and asked that I keep the order. I told them the order was not for me, so I had no need for it. Rutoro offered me $40 on items that I paid $105.98. I told them that was unacceptable, I paid $26.00 to return these items. Rutoro then offered me $60 for the items that they will sell again at full price. They asked that I keep the order again that I had already sent back. I'm still in dispute with them to refund my full purchased amount of $105.98. I purchase a lot on-line and I've never experienced anything like this. Be careful when dealing with this company.

I like the two pieces as a lounge wear at home. I do not think I would wear it to go out yet, at least until I loose some weight. I still did not wash it so, will see how it maintains the shape and the colours. Generally speaking, I like this two pieces a lot and I find it comfortable. Please, do not wear it if you have cats and dogs, their nails might ruin the item.

While I was not impressed with the communication regarding the arrival of my order and expected it a week earlier, I am giving Ruturo an excellent rating because I absolutely love the outfits that I ordered. They are exactly what I had hoped they would be. They look great, and are super comfortable, I will definitely order again in the future.

Buyer beware - Fake online store.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and no status sent on where the product is in delivery.. Unable to speak to anyone - no contact information listed other than sending an email to their fake website. Disputing the charge, immediately.

Very helpful customer service, I made a mistake on my order and it was corrected very easily.

I'm 100% certain that the 5 star reviews are FAKE. I placed an order on Nov 3rd. I have yet to receive it or get any communication regarding this order, today is Nov 29th.

I got scammed! I have not received any email confirmation regarding my order, nor have I received the item itself. I have checked my spam and junk folders but could not locate any emails related to my purchase. The purchase was made using my credit card, and my credit card was charged fast. But have not received my order. So disappointing!

The quality of the clothing is very good and the shipping was pretty fast.

They claimed to be a US company but you have to send returns to Dubai. Clothes run small and they want you to keep your purchase and they refund you a fraction of the amount you paid. Don't order here

I got scammed! No way to get a return address or authorization. Going to dispute the order.

Order two items on one order was charged twice. Having trouble getting it resolved I still want my items but want a refund for the second charge. I will have to dispute it through the bank if not resolved

Shirt I bought was to small so they are being very kind and sending me a larger size for just the freight. Very impressed.

True to size. Exactly what I expected. Would buy in the future from this company.
