Excellent, value money, service, polite, on time, clean, explained everything in plain languge, left the house as found and as you can see from the date Alex has come round at my convenience.

Russell Heating recently carried out some complex boiler work at my property, including the installation of a brand new boiler and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial quote to the final checks, everything was handled professionally and with real attention to detail.

Alex and the team clearly know their stuff they took the time to explain the options, worked around a tricky setup( I had two other companies who were not able to fix some of the issues) , and left everything tidy once the job was complete. The system is running perfectly, and the difference in efficiency is already noticeable.

Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-focused I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Russell Heating to anyone needing boiler or heating work done properly.

Russell heating is a superb company and the owner Alex is very knowledgeable and professional.
Over the years Alex has completed a number of jobs from repeat serving to complete underground piping and full boiler replacements across our small portfolio of properties.
We had a problem recently after 15yrs a boiler packed up, although this wasn’t covered under any guarantee due to age, Alex arrived at the early hours of the morning to ensure the safety aspects and was able to turn a replacement round quickly and efficiently. Alex is a true gentleman and will always go the extra mile for his customers.

Russell heating run by Alex have made my life hell I had an extension belt to make into a bedroom because I had trouble going up the stairs and I employed Russell heating company to install the heating and the boiler. And now the copper pipes which they buried under the concrete floor which lead to the radiators somewhere along the line have started to leak and the water is now surfacing come through the concrete come through the solid oak wood flooring and slowly climbing up the walls. This is going to cost me around £20,000 to put right and when I phoned Alex to ask for his help he didn’t want to know emails and photo of damage are below and a photo of a radiator they fitted not level to the wall, I have stabbed my toes on it a dozen times ouch,Please avoid this company at all cost.

We've used Russell Heating now for a number of years for our boiler servicing and gas safety certificates, after using British Gas for a long time. The experience is worlds apart! Alex is very professional, extremely friendly and personable. With British Gas we had so many appointments where their engineers were booked in and then just didn't turn up - no call, no notice, nothing! But with Russell Heating the relationship is much more personal. Alex takes the time to explain things, and is responsible for following up when needed. I would highly recommend Russell Heating!

Very professional, knowledgeable and honest engineer. Inspected boiler for strange noise and capped off and removed an old gas fire so we could install an electric one.
