Teppich i.o. aber grausame Verpackungsfalten
Der Teppich selbst ist in Ordnung, aber er ist für den Transport so eng gefaltet und verpackt das er tiefe Falten hat und total verknittert ist.
Sieht furchtbar aus.
Der Kundendienst sagt er wird sich durch den normalen Gebrauch, bürsten, schwere Sachen draufstellen, mehrmals aufrollen seine Falten verlieren.
Allerdings soll da ein Billardtisch draufstehen und mit dem Teppich drunter sieht das ziemlich bescheiden aus. Ich warte mal ab ob er sich wirklich noch legt.
Finde es trotzdem ziemlich ärgerlich und werde in Zukunft vorher nach der Verpackungsart fragen und keinen gefalteten akzeptieren.
The carpet itself is fine, but it is folded and packed so tightly for transport that it has deep folds and is totally wrinkled.
Looks terrible.
The customer service says he will lose his wrinkles due to normal use, brushing, putting heavy things on it, rolling up several times.
However, there should be a pool table on it and with the carpet underneath it looks pretty modest. I'll wait and see if he really still lies down.
Still find it rather annoying and will ask in the future about the type of packaging and will not accept a folded one.
