Staff smiled from the hostess to the waitress which is rare these days and appreciated!
Food was good and timely!
Manager is kind and thoughtful!

My wife and I had excellent meals and great service at the Eden North Carolina location of Ruby Tuesday. We especially in joy of the hickory bourbon, salmon, and the New Orleans seafood. The buy one get one free coupon is very generous. However, the facility is in bad need of remodeling. I hope that will become a priority for this company. Dr. Doug Barber.

Honestly if this store (Kinston, NC) cannot be staffed properly it should be closed. Judging from the online reviews it probably won't be long before that happens. So sad as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Kinston. If you order online to pick up in store add at least 30 - 45 minutes to the pickup time you are given. There were no visible employees for 10 minutes once I got inside. Check your food before you leave. The sides that I got were inedible. You'd be better off going to McDonald's and that's pretty sad. And don't bother letting corporate know about your experience. They don't respond.

Got the salad bar with our meal, but some of the items were empty a waitress standing beside some the table looked at us ,listening to us she left and came back with 2 items to replace sister in law asked her to bring more cheese it took her long enough that she went back to the table without it then when I got to the dressing there was no 1000 island I asked her to bring some she said she'd have to check on it she finally came back and said they were out I told her I didn't like ranch or French and didn't know what the others were and handed her the salad and told her they could take it off our bill and went back to table out waitress came over and sorry they were out of the 1000 island. but sometimes it happens. And laughs as she walks off after I left the table she talk to the rest at the table about me being mad they were out I m more mad about being laughed at and made fun of

Great service, Edward. Delicious Pork Chop dinner. Love the Christmas sweaters on employees, and thanks for the nice Santa caps on the bar area chairs.

Had a small family get together. Overall 9 people. First ones in the door and seated. Waitress was awesome. Then came the menu. Like a lot of people we just get the salad bar. It's always plenty. But $12.49!!!!! It's flippin salad!!! Wife says it's ok and calm down. Ok, she's the boss and also paying. Time to eat. Get up there and there's less food. None of the thin cracklin bread that is so awesome. One kind of croton that isn't even crunchy. I asked our great waitress about the cracklin bread, they no longer carry it!!! So here it is, high, way to high, price and less selection. For me Ruby Tuesday can go the way of Tuesday Morning because I will not be going back.

Lenoir City TN Ruby Tuesday on I 75 is the best place to eat. The red headed waitress is the one to ask for. She is on top of her game. The food was very tasty.

This location is in severe need of renovation. On my visit the carpet was so worn that at first I thought something had spilled and my shoes were sticking to the point I had to conscientiously lift my feet at each step. After further examination of the carpet I realized it was so worn that my feet were sticking. After making our way to find a booth to sit in there were several that were torn and in disrepair. When a restaurant is in this bad of shape in the area the public uses, it makes me feel like the areas we can't see could be horrid. I won't return to this location. I reached out to their customer service department and received 1 email where it was said they would like to talk to me about my experience and then I never heard back - after several attempts on my end. This has been almost a 2 month waiting period with no more contact from them.

I have always ate a steak at ruby Tuesday for years from Troy Al and a few times in enterprise Al….but today I ordered a 16 oz t bone and it was horrible the worst steak I ever had also got Mac & cheese and it was like soup …I have never left a review but I had to today ….very disappointed……u guys need to do better …. I mean it’s my go to place when I eat out my kids even take me there every year for my birthday…but anyway…u guys need to do better …thank you …michael

We just ate at the Ruby Tuesdays in North Augusta. Our server was Brianna - she was excellent , friendly - doing multiple jobs, very busy - but she always approached the customer with a smile. Our orders were correct, tasty and on time. Brianna is an excellent asset to the restaurant.

The server Nicole was very attentive, helpful and she knew her job. Barry also was very professional and checked to make sure our food was to our liking. We'll be back & tell our friends of our enjoyable experience!!!

I recently took advantage of a RT Smashed Burger +salad bar deal and Mikey Co did an excellent job as my server. He took my order promptly, was attentive during my meal and brought me a drink refill before I even asked. I also really enjoy the well stocked salad bar at the Ellenton, FL location.

We love love love Ruby Tuesday restaurants so much that we have driven fifty miles to find one. We found the ONLY Ruby Tuesday in the state of Illinois at Litchfield. It is a great place to eat no matter how far one has to drive. The waitress Jamie is such a delight we returned on October 2nd and 3rd!

We went in for lunch at Ruby's in Clermont. Got our favorite waitress Lisa. She is the best with suggestions for what's on special with either food or beverages. We tried the Smashburgers for the first time. They were great. Everything comes out quickly and hot. Beverages were refreshed on time.Of course, we will be back. We often come with "our gang of 6-8". Ask for Lisa!!

I LOVE Wilmington, NC's Ruby Tuesday! The service is always excellent and friendly. This particular time, though, definitely deserves high praise! Staff was 'short-handed' and still managed to keep everyone happy. At least it seemed that way to me. The food is fabulous; the service fantastic; and my visits fun! Thank you!!!!!!!!!! ALL of you!!!!!!!!!!!

My friend and I visited Ruby Tuesdays on Al Henderson Blvd in Savannah.Ga after church and had a wonderful and Blessed experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the food was delicious!😀
Brittany was our Server and she gave us exceptional service! She made sure our visit was perfect! We really liked her friendly personality and kindness also. We will visit again to see her.

Visited the Winder, GA location for an anniversary dinner. Laura was our server and offered outstanding service. She went above and beyond what would be expected and made our visit exceptionally pleasant.
