Service was excellent, but equipment arrived with no guidance.
Stickers provided obviously mean something, as do the indents on the pencils, but a little idea of how to help a child to hold the pens and pencils correctly would be helpful.
Is there a right and wrong way? Does the rubber on the pencil face one way or another?

Correction to my last posting- I was wrong about the Delete / Return keys. Mental aberration. The review should read:

I ordered a left hand or to be more precise a two-handed keyboard so that I could use the number buttons left handed whilst using the mouse right handed- a throwback to the days when calculators were separate to computers.

The item (KBtec model KBS29) arrived fast and in good condition but there is a minor drawback.

In order to learn how to program the programmable keys you need to refer to their website and track down the keyboard. Unfortunately the instructions for that model are not on the website- or if they are I could not find them.

Otherwise, it is working fine.

Buying for my elderly mother seemed quite daunting but once I found the web site it was easy. The web site is easy to use and had all the info that I required. Order was easily placed. Because the company had to get in touch regarding my order I can also comment on their customer service which was excellent. Product arrived very quickly and was perfect for my mothers needs. I bought this for a little boy I work with who often makes a bit of a mess when he writes. He loves this pen, it's more comfortable than other pens he's used and is taking more care with his writing.

Bought a couple of different pencils and scissors ect for my 6 yr old grandaughter pencil control and writting has improved and her confidence please make sure the teacher is AWARE that your child is left handed being told to hurry up and stop being clumsy is not helpful

I tried to order 3 items before Christmas but could not get back into the site having to exit it early before completing my order. I emailed the company to explain this and it still took me several attemps. I finally got to complete the transation but sadly missed the Christmas post and therefore had to give my gift after New Year. Thankfully they loved the items. I think the ordering process on the website needs to be looked at.

I bought 3 items, which were all considerably more expensive than their righthanded equivalents. Not sure how this is justified and I bought them anyway and it's good to have them!

I've bought two pairs of scissors for my boyfriend- he had troubles with regular scissors all his life, work with paper and dealing with his nails were quite annoying things.
He was very pleased with my present :)
