RTS Tactical Bewertungen

I followed the size chart and preferred a large soft armor compression shirt with side panels. Do not do this. The side panels insert horizontally and sit low, so the your vitals are all exposed. Additionally, they're very long horizontally, so they create a bell shaped shirt by holding the front and back panels away from the body. Definitely not concealable.

The day it arrived I contacted them to set up a return, since I found a better fitting shirt with a different company, but they would only offer a 1 time exchange for a different size. I'm pissed about their customer service. They cited a concern about the integrity of a returned panel. Understandable, but not if they'll accept it for an exchange. They only won't accept it for a refund.

If you have a belly the side panels would fit, but still wouldn't protect your vitals from the side. I do not recommend them for the soft armor compression shirt.

Edit: a manager saw this review and contacted me. She said the original customer service guy made a mistake and they do refund the soft panel shirts. Still one star because without trust pilot I would've been out $500.

5 stars for trust pilot.

Great gear!

The equipment was actually of better quality than what I expected. Great fit and great customer service

Exactly what was pictured. No sloppy temu stitches. Satisfied with the quality of material used, and stitching, especially for the price in 2026.

Great communication while my vest was being made. The new operators armor is very lightweight and comfortable. Now I need to get it fitted break it in to my body style.

God bless

#1 vest hands down fits great the multicam color is amazing definitely getting more for my sons

I think as an LEO professional, you guys should take into consideration better measurements for both body armor and carriers for individual purchases. The reason is that you offer measurements only for large department orders from what I was told and your products are not cheap. Other than that the purchase that I made both the armor and carrier is high quality. Thanks but I hope you guys consider my request in the future.

As much as I wish this would have been positive, it wasn't. The item I ordered which showed to be in stock, wasn't, resulting in a significant delay in shipping. Then, when the item was shipped, it was not only the wrong size but also the wrong color.
Overall just not a confidence inspiring transaction and in the end, no armor.

Having to pay shipping on a return is ridiculous. I won't be ordering anything from RTS again, or recommending your company to anyone

I have ordered several items from RTS. They have all been high quality. The items all shipped quickly. I highly recommend RTS TACTICAL.

The product itself is incredible and just as described. There was a shipping issue and when I reached out and they resolved it immediately!

Top shelf company! Great plate carriers!

Communications were good. Sizing was spot on for me, turnaround was fast. I have nothing negative to say. All good. If needed, I will do business with them again.

My plates were shipped out quickly and I received everything intact. They feel like excellent quality and the weight is not too much, not too little. I got these specifically for range use and also for physical training with my plate carrier. I found the company on GovX so it was nice to receive a discounted price for being law enforcement/military.

Wasn't a great description of the plates. I thought they had more spall coating. From what I seen from youtube videos and ads that they all had a thick coat. Basically if I get hit with these plates on ill die anyway.

Great price, responsive to messages and quality build.

Great service and rapid delivery. Steel III+ plates were freshly made and shipped immediately. Excellent build quality and materials in every product.

So I got sent the wrong item, I was excited to build a new kit, and I got multi cam instead of the coyote brown.

But after submitting an email request for customer service John gave me easy to follow instructions to return the product and got me the correct plate carrier at no additional charge. I got it, already have it set up, it’s more comfortable, and the quality is amazing.

I would say my only gripe is that some of their other products don’t have the same color available (mostly just coyote brown) but otherwise if I needed a new carrier I would get RTS again.
