Awful care and not even an apology
We left our dog in their care in September 2024 for a few days. On the second day we had calls from neighbours saying they had seen our dog trying to get into our house in the early hours. We checked the tracker but that showed he was still on site. at 9am. My partner rang them just to be sure and we were told he had escaped, they had discovered him missing at 6am, they had known he was missing for 4 hours, but didn't have the courtesy to advise us he was in fact missing. After many hours frantically searching by our fantastic neighbours, Shadow was found and returned back to Rosewood house. My Partner was told shadow had escaped.... not only through a locked door, but also burst through a uPVC door, he's 24kg maximum, I would struggle to put through a solid door like that and i am nearly 4x the weight. Our neighbours were told a completely different story, that there had actually been a break in and our dog was targeted as he is a Weimeraner pedigree, his collar with the tracker had been removed as it was separated at the buckle and left on site. My partner has emailed them twice for the full facts and they have ignored her emails, no apology, nothing. I have been down personally to get answers and got nothing but the poor excuse our dog somehow managed to burst through a solid UPVC door AND somehow picked locks (he's a very clever pooch) I was promised the management would contact us, again... nothing, no apology, no explanation.
They have no cameras in the dog boarding area which i find hard to believe or understand, only at the front door, maybe this is so there is no evidence of their p... poor management.
