My friends cat is no longer alive at the hands of Rosemerin Florists. They accept no accountability, have gaslit and been just completely heartless given the situation they caused. My friend asked for NO LILLIES in her bouquet due to having 2 kittens (now 1). This florists deemed it acceptable to ignore this and include Peruvian Lillies which the vets have confirmed are toxic to cats and subsequently after 4 days of surgery and being in the vets, Nott is no longer here. RIP Nott. If Rosemerin Florists had acted with compassion and sympathy throughout this traumatic situation, the cats owner wouldn't have taken things this far but due to how she's been spoken to and blamed by the florists is now going to take this as far as she possibly can. Do better

I honestly can’t thank the ladies enougth at Rosemerin. After another florist completely let me down with there sham of an order. Rosemerin they stepped in at the last minute and absolutely saved the day. Not only did they take on my order without hesitation, but they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
