We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we’d like to clarify the situation for accuracy and transparency.

The stationary glass panel in your room was found cracked during your tenancy and was reported by you while you were still in possession of the unit. As outlined in the lease you signed, tenants are responsible for damage that occurs inside their private room during their stay. After receiving your report, a maintenance team conducted a review, and we provided an invoice and statement for the full replacement of the panel. This invoice was shared with you and the balance made clear, and the amount was applied in accordance with the lease agreement.

Regarding the security deposit timeline, the deduction explanation were provided, and the refund portion was processed. While there was an initial processing error with the bank details you provided, this was corrected promptly once brought to our attention, and the $750 refund was successfully reissued.

We understand that you disagree with the damage assessment, and you’re fully entitled to pursue any channels you feel appropriate. We respect that. We’re sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations, but we stand by the handling of this matter and the accuracy of the charge based on the lease terms and the documented condition of the room.
