Estuvimos en valencia con 3 amigas y todo fenomenal,muy económico, las habitaciones muy limpias, muy cómoda la cama y el personal muy agradable, he visto que tienen mas en otros lugares por lo que repetiremos

J’ai passé une nuit chez Room Urban Hostel en réservant en dernière minute et j’ai été très bien accueillie.
L’hostel est immense et très beau. J’ai pu rester télétravailler tranquillement dans l’espace commun le lendemain matin avant le check-out.
Seul petit bémol: le lit ne disposait pas de rideau pour occulter de la lumière mais la literie est super.
Je recommande vivement.

I just spent a week at Room00 Madrid and couldn't be more satisfied. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional.
What I'd highlight:
Location: Perfect. Strategically situated in a highly accessible area with public transport just steps away. I could get anywhere in the city without any hassle.
Facilities: The common areas are spacious and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is modern and spotless, with thoughtful decorative touches throughout. The rooms are functional and comfortable—exactly what you need in a quality hostel.
Staff: One of the best aspects. The team is attentive, speaks multiple languages, and genuinely cares about making your stay enjoyable. Don't hesitate to ask them for recommendations; they know the city inside and out.
Atmosphere: Perfect for meeting people from around the world. The organized activities (tours, terrace events) created a genuine community during my stay.
Value for Money:Excellent. You pay a fair price for premium service that's not typical in a hostel.
I'll definitely return. Room00 Madrid is much more than a place to sleep; it's an experience. Highly recommended for travelers seeking quality, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere.

i would rate it power if i could this is the worst place i have ever been the rooms are small and beds are bad the staff are stupid and walks into our room while we are there and goes through our stuff they stole about 400 euro but refuses to give us anything we say we wanted to talk to the police but nobody came we ended up getting nothing WORST HOTEL EVER DONT GO this is why the hostel is cheap cause they are stealing for a side hustle and everyone in the staff are in on it

Really bad experience. The rooms were damp, and the staff was very rude and difficult to communicate with since they don’t speak English. The breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had at a hotel, etc. There was some dry toast and pastries. You have to wash your own dishes, even though there is someone working during breakfast, but all she seems to do is refill the juice when someone takes a single glass. Additionally, there is no drinkable water available, not even for breakfast. Never stay at this hostel!!!

It was really bad expirence for me and my friends
We went there a week in march and it was the most shcoking expierence at this hostel we went in the room and the first thing we saw was that there were virtually no space in the room that we booked for the 8 of us and shockingly gross bath and toilet then the next day the police came because the hostel thought it was us that had made noise and then they took our depositum of about 20 euro and when we confronted the staff they were arrogant agianst us

Really bad service, no one could speak English or help with anything significant. Their breakfast was extremely bad, no water! Really a disappointment. They also took our deposit without any explanation. 0 stars from me.

Overall not the best experience.
The rooms are like a prison cell and the breakfeast is just bad cake and some bread with very processed cheese and dirty plates.
The bathroom had brown stains on multiple occasions with no brush. I would be careful of staying here

Básicamente me estafaron tanto el hostel como la web Hostelworld en donde hice una reserva por 10€ en la que aclaraba que pagaría el resto al llegar al hostel y cuando llamé muy amablemente para avisar que no creía que fuera he visto que en el momento de la reserva a la web Hostelworld, el hostel Room 00 robó mis datos bancarios SIN MI AUTORIZACIÓN Y ME COBRÓ 59€ por una cama de una habitación que nunca usé. Les pedí por favor a ambos que me reintegren (encima en la web de room dice cancelación gratuita) y nadie se hizo cargo diciendo que yo había escogido una tarifa sin reembolso lo cual es mentira porque se muy bien y tengo pruebas que solo quise hacer una reserva de 10€ por si iba pagaría el resto el hostel. ME ROBARON, TOMARON LOS DATOS DE MI TARJETA SIN MI AUTORIZACIÓN Y COMO NO TENÍAN GANAS (PARECE SER QUE FUI DEMASIADO AMABLE AL SOLICITARLO) DECIDIERON QUE NADIE ME IBA A REEMBOLSAR. ES UNA VERGÜENZA POR FAVOR TENGAN CUIDADO CON DAR VUESTROS DATOS BANCARIOS Y SOBRE TODO NO LES ACONSEJO QUE PERSONAS QUE SE DEDICAN A RECIBIR HUÉSPEDES LOS TRATEN ASÍ . QUIERO QUE ME DEVUELVAN MI DINERO NO USE LA HABITACIÓN Y AVISÉ DÍAS ANTES QUE NO IRÍA Y AÚN ASÍ ME ROBARON MI TAREJTA Y ME COBRARON
