This is Trustpilot, right? Well I can tell you that can definitely trust The Roof Box Company. There was an issue with the product that I ordered, fault of the original supplier, not the Roof Box Company. It's the busy xmas period, and I cannot believe how rapidly and professionally Laura and Hattie have dealt with my problem. Real credit to the organisation.

I purchased a tow bar bike rack and unfortunately the light unit did not work correctly. Once we'd established the unit was faulty, They'd despatched a replacement unit via 24h mail and provided a freepost returns label for the faulty part.

Rapid and helpful customer service.

My struts on my roof box had lost their gas,so I contacted the Roof Box Company and after hearing from Laura and Charlotte they both advised me between them on the correct struts and when I purchased them they only took a couple of days to arrive.

My experience with the Roof Box Company, was amazing start to end. I recently bought some snow chains, which I had some trouble fitting ( my own ineptitude rather than being anything wrong with the chains). The roof box company were hugely helpful taking me through the process and sending me videos of the process. I would certainly purchase from them again.

purchased my original set of bars and smart feet from The Roofbox Company a few years back. After a change of car, I had to purchase a new set of feet. However, I could not fix the new feet to the bars. The RBC offered to fix them if I arranged for the bars and feet to be sent to their office. They did this and returned the bars and feet back to me within days. After one final hiccup fixing the bars to the roof which prompted a query from me, the RBC identified where I was going wrong. I finally have the bars on the car following superb aftercare service , particularly from Brenda who went above and beyond - a massive thank you.

A few years ago I purchased a roofbox and crossbars from the Roof Box Company. As I researched my choice I found the Roof Box Company website very useful and this was backed up by a very friendly, helpful, and well informed customer support service.

I made my purchase from the Roof Box Company and remain very pleased with the choices I made.

Recently I contacted the Roof Box Company again as I needed a replacement screw for one of the crossbar footings.

Having identified the part I promptly received a replacement from the Customer Support Team. Again I was given the same friendly, nothing was a trouble, efficient service which I was first met with- and all without charge.

Judging by my experience this is most definitely the go to place for anyone looking to purchase a roofbox or any other car carriage product.

Fantastic service. They quickly resolved an issue with the lock and arranged a hassle-free exchange for a new roof box. Brenda in customer service was an absolute star—friendly, proactive, and kept me updated throughout. Highly recommend!

Terrible customer services. Roof racks were missing fitting kit. Told by customer services that part was in the packaging and I needed to look for it and it happened all the time. It was a box weighing about a kilo and clearly wasn’t there. Eventually after being on hold for a lengthy period reluctantly agreed to “on this occasion we will supply a replacement”. Paid expedited postage for an item that didn’t arrive. No apology or acknowledgment of this and rude customer services .

Roofbox is a company I’ve used over the years and always been fine. The Yakima product they sell (just click 2) which is marketed by roofbox on the website as the easiest carrier to use, is definitely not. Even the manufacturers (Yakima) help desk don’t know that the connector is stuck on so hard you end up with bleeding hands trying to remove it so you can plug it in to your car. And while roofbox pointed me at a picture in the instructions that doesn’t actually help when it needs so much force to remove that you end up in pain.

So roofbox - all good (but I do think the “ just click 2 “ should carry a health warning for its connector mount and perhaps Roofbox could gain some experience in how tight it is). Yakima product brings the score down for being super hard to release that connector.

Needed a Roofbox and Bars for my car and identified the Yakima Roofbars and Kamei Oyster Roofbox.
The price from Roofbox was very competitive and called them for help and advice.
Spoke to Andy (Support) and called him back to make the purchase.

I was expecting a delivery today and the tracking said it had been delivered in the porch but it wasn’t at our address of 111******

I rang and spoke to Clare who sent me a photo of where the delivery company said it was, on checking it was not my door but the house is was at didn’t have a number, Clare confirmed the post code so we agreed that I would drive around to find it, as the street is one way I had to loop round to check the top of the street, Clare stayed on the line and was using google street to find the door which she did and confirmed the parcel was at 211

I would like to put on record that Clare went above and beyond in helping me track the parcel and should be commend for a her persistence and general manager in the way she spoke to me.

Had an urgent need to get snow socks to me in Europe, ordered on Wednesday, delivered to my friend on Friday who kindly brought them out. Fantastic service from the company. Cheers

I have always had a good experience with this company for getting roof bars - they make it easy to find the right ones at a good price. Recently I also needed a couple of spare caps for the end of the bars as I lost the original ones and they were very helpful identifying the right part and got sent them to me within a couple of days.

Great quality Roofbox , best value currently out there , great customer support if your not sure about fitting , it’s just a simple phone call to a company that knows what it’s talking about, fantastic 2 day delivery which got me out of a really tight spot as I had to get to Tilbury with extra passengers all of a sudden , highly recommended.
