disappointed experience with Romans
I am really disappointed from the service provided , I have rented house through a Roman’s , When the house handed over to me, I found the house dirty & stains, broken Hop, a lot of bulbs not working , dish washer not working , toilet cover broken , bathtub not properly draining.
All this and more on the report & no action at all from Romans , the response I received I will check with Landlord, dispute the fact Roman’s are the property management!!!

Poor service - Lower Earley
Dealt with Adam Colvin, the manager of the Earley office. Really poor service in arranging a viewing. First, keys not available (told this 1 hour before viewing even though booked 3 days prior). Second, Adam called to re-confirm another viewing 2 hrs before appt, then on our way to the property, he called to say property not available. Very poor comms and service.
