We have recently purchased our Defender from Roger Young Ltd Land Rover in Plymouth and I honestly cannot praise the whole experience highly enough.
James Rogers is without doubt one of the most helpful, accommodating and genuine car salesmen I have ever dealt with. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him, and he always goes out of his way to help, answer questions and sort out any issue as soon as it arises.
From our very first enquiry right through to collecting the Defender, the whole process was incredibly smooth, straightforward and completely stress-free. At no point did we feel pressured, and James made sure everything was dealt with properly and efficiently.
It is rare these days to come across someone who takes such pride in providing genuinely excellent customer service, and James is a real credit to Roger Young.
We are absolutely delighted with our Defender and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Roger Young Ltd to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Land Rover.

I brought a Range Rover evoque for my self from a different company i took the evoque to roger young in salthash in Cornwall .The car is in excellent condition it had a free upgrade on the security system which i believe was due to a recall i also asked them if my radio system could be updated they charged me a £117.00 just to plug in a computer and run a diagnostic test only to tell me that i would benefit from a new system so i took the piece of paper and went home disappointed with the results so i decided to go on the website and check out a few things and then i found a company that can upgrade my system and guarantee the software which means roger young people just want to rip off genuine people i also asked for a service schedule for my vehicle which i got a phone call from service support saying we can do this for you and I’m still waiting for this three months later so I’ve found someone else to take care of my vehicle so they don’t need my custom or my money nevertheless this is very important to me and maybe not you guys many thanks for your time and support

Horrendous! Took them 5 days to reset a service light and EML all simply down to car updates. Have no car for the bank holiday due to the excuse they couldn’t test my car as “the traffic was gridlocked”. Clearly it takes an unacceptable amount of time to plug a car in for update, let alone getting a timely call back when you ring them up to chase any progress. If this is the service experience I’ll steer clear of purchasing my next Land Rover here.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. A rarity amongst Land Rover dealers these days

Carried out a test drive. Staff very welcoming and friendly. However, try getting your refundable deposit returned. Numerous phone calls, email and now having to escalate to the manufacturer to get some action.
Not as much as a call back or acknowledgement.
Still waiting - suggest you do not give this company a deposit to test drive a car

A refreshing approach to customer service that must leave other premium brand retailers envious.
Sales staff are highly knowledgeable, the service team are efficient and pleasant, and great care is taken to ensure a safe environment from reception to delivery.
The local Mercedes and BMW franchises I have done business with both pale in comparison.
Roger Young Land Rover are growing for a good reason - outstanding service delivery.
