Abundant, generous and brilliant! Have just moved house and am planting a new garden in this drought. A huge box of gorgeous flourishing plants and plug plants arrived today all green and well watered. Plants were huge and I split out quite a few of them as they were generously planted in their plugs. My new fave nursery.

I wanted to give 5 stars because I believe in Rocket Gardens ethos. They provide an interesting, informative and chatty weekly newsletter which I enjoy even though I’m pretty well informed gardener. Their packaging is excellent and on one occasion refunded my whole order even though some plants were viable.
Their problem is not all plants I’ve received have been in good condition. Some damaged, some so weak they didn’t survive, some far too leggy, bendy and in need of extra TLC.
My orders have been slow in coming missing important windows and getting off to a slow start however the website does make delivery windows clear, sadly then subject to change.
I want to recommend Rocket Plants but dare not as essentially my experience has been hit and miss. I want to reorder and hope for best but sense tells me not to.

Very pleased with recent purchase of several different organic herb plug plants (sets of three).All significant size and healthy, also carefully packaged.
(Far better than previous experiences with other 'organic' plant companies).I've just ordered different varieties after failure with growing seeds sent from elsewhere.

After a disastrous year with the water loving vegetables in our garden and allotment that I'd seeded, a last resort was to try out plug plants. Why Rocket Garden? Because the blogs/newsletters received have been superb so from me it was time to give a little back. And there was a cry for help as they had seedlings that were in need of a home or they'd be compost.

Fennel, celeriac and peas - delivered in the heatwave - so very carefully packaged in bio-degradable packaging. Not a leaf was bent or a root out of place. Plants were still moist and leaflet of action to take on arrival was easy to spot and clear.

Watered and taken to the allotment a day after; the number of plants in each plug was more than anticipated. Easy to move out of their packing into the ground.

A few have been lost to the hot weather, mainly affecting the peas, but the fennel and celeriac are still more in number than I'd expected from ordering. The plants look healthy and look forward to seeing them swell out a bit more as each day goes by.

Carefully tending and watering the plants still which are growing up steadily. It has been very helpful to do. I'd recommend for new starters on allotments or those that don't have room, time or the equipment to sow their own seed, but can grow veggies on a balcony/in pots/small garden.

And DPD who delivered even rang the door-bell as the packaging clearly states the live nature of it's cargo so he was keen to ensure they got in a cool place!

I ordered some wildflower plants recently.
I received an email to say when they would be dispatched.
I realised that they would arrive when we would be on a last minute holiday.
No problem…the customer services team pulled my order back and made sure they would be arriving after my holiday. I was so grateful.
Not only that, DHL were the delivery company and so I was able to have my plants delivered to my local collection point.
Gorgeous healthy plants are now enjoying the sunshine in my garden.

Good quality plants, great customer service, and plastic free

Ordered plants 12 days ago. Still
Have not received. Says 5-7 days. Told
Rocket I needed the plants asap. Asked
Rocket after 7 days please cancel order and refund. No reply! No phone. No email back. No refund. No plants. Only more marketing emails from rocket gardens. Horrible.

What fabulous service.
I have placed 2 orders and was able to specify dates that I was unable to receive plants which was fantastic.
Notifications were spot on re delivery and time frames.
Plants received were so healthy and packaged with zero plastic, but fully secured so that there was no movement in transit.
I am absolutely delighted to have found this company!

My order was delivered successfully on time, arriving in really good condition with amazing packaging. The plants were obviously handled with tender loving care and the informative booklet was also a thoughtful addition. I have given them the best possible chance in life and they are doing really well. Although they arrived a little late I understand and appreciate now that this was due to extreme weather conditions and the team were doing their very best to nurture the plants through a tough time and it was well worth the wait! Thank you so very much all of you, I will definately be ordering from you again!

My first order from Rocket Gardens arrived today. It was very well packed and not a bit of plastic on any of it. It also contained a beautifully illustrated guide to growing.
I can’t praise this company enough, the plants were so healthy and strong.
I will certainly be ordering more from them.

A lovely company to buy from, emails are sent every step of your order and you always get a response from any emails that you might send.
I have bought plants from Rocket Garden for the last two years, they have all arrived in perfect condition except for some beans last year which had some strange spots on them.
I sent photos and they were identified immediately and new plants sent out.
This years plants have been perfect so far, always well protected for delivery and no plastic in sight which is one of the reasons that I use this company as I grow organically on an allotment and at home.
They don’t always send your order in one shipment as they like to deliver the plants at their best for planting but they will email to let you know.
I will continue to use them and definitely recommend you give them a try.

Multiple despatch change of dates. Now estimating end of June for despatch , arriving possibly beginning July , too late for plug plants to grow strong routes. The company is refusing to cancel the order. BUYER BEWARE! I will never use this company again. Bad experience.

Excellent service had problem ordering, offered advice finally placed order.
Arrived when estimated, extremely well packaged, nice no plastic just card packaging (another company used plastic bags and sellotape, all but one plant died)
Would recommend Rocket and buy from again.
Plants looking healthy

Ordered several varieties of chilli plants based on review based over 2 separate orders. Requested delay to order due to being away when delivery scheduled. One batch still arrived despite the request. Plants seemed small and feeble but it still early days! Second batch delivered was missing several plants and when chased was informed that they had an ‘issue’ and they are no longer available. Message was quite blunt and not really apologetic. Won’t be buying from them again

Rocket Gardens were helpful and courteous at all stages. They made sure I was completely aware of delivery schedules at all times and they were able to accommodate a request to change a delivery.
When the plants did arrive they were healthy and in excellent condition, all the more impressive as I live a very long way away from Cornwall! Thank you very much Rocket Gardens 😁😍

I have just unpacked my order from Rocket Gardens.
Beautifully packaged plants delivered with care.
Strong healthy looking plants with good roots and I hope and expect they will grow on well subject to weather conditions.
I was kept informed of anticipated delivery and possible delays at all times.
Rocket Gardens is clearly a reliable company seeking and achieving very high standards. A refreshing experience in today's environment.

Ordered tomato plug plants.
Dispatched late out of the timeframe given, however had good communication once I'd emailed them about this.

However, the plants that came are pathetic. Looked half dead on arrival but persevered and followed the instructions. They havent died, so no point emailing for a refund. But after 2 weeks they are still weedy little twigs and I'd be amazed if they even produce flowers, let alone tomatoes.

Great choice of plants and they arrived in great condition. I was warned that it would take a couple of weeks but it was worth waiting for.
