Sedgefield Branch went above & beyond!
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Robinsons Sedgefield for both our sale and purchase. Good experience
Robinsons sold us our house recently. The Durham branch were extremely helpful with any issues and queries we had throughout, I dealt mainly with Stacey but all of the team were excellent and friendly. We were first time buyers so their communication and advice was a big help.

No-Show Valuations
I called for a valuation but they were quite busy so it was arranged for a couple of weeks later. Then rescheduled due to the Bank Holiday (understandably).
The appointment comes and goes, no show. I was in the house, as was my son and 2 dogs who would have went nuts if someone knocked on the door. No phone call either which I would have expected for a pre-booked appointment.
I email the office that confirmed the appointment who say that the guy came and nobody was home. Incorrect.
If no answer to a pre-booked appointment, why not at least call? They had my number as they called to book it. I can only assume therefore either the guy "claimed" nobody was in to dodge the appointment, or went to the wrong house (again, 2 dogs, knocking door......).
Weirdly cold response from the office so presumably with the wait for an appointment they have more than enough work to worry about new business which is saddening as it was via Robinsons I bought the house back in 2008.

Our agent did attend at the scheduled time and reported receiving no response at the property. We understand this can be frustrating, especially when you were home, and we’re sorry for any confusion caused.
We also apologise if our response came across as cold - that was certainly not our intention. We value all of our clients, and your feedback has been taken onboard to help us improve how we communicate and respond going forward.

Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling! 2 viewings had to get cancelled, first one the agent didn't have a key, rescheduled viewing got there 10mins early only to be told there was a glitch with the website for sending me a viewing for that day - when it was sent by a staff member and confirmed by another staff member. Please do better next time, a big shame as the house looked great! Hopefully someone will get to view it soon!

Cheerful and Helpful
As a purchaser I was a little disappointed that viewings of my property always seemed a bit rushed, but once I had committed to a purchase I was kept well informed. Negotiations with the vendor (a corporate entity) were difficult but Angela at the Crook office kept on top of things and chased up on numerous occasions when the vendor went quiet. Angela's cheerful voice was always good to hear and the transaction concluded successfully.
