Hay que tener mucho cuidado. Ofrecen los pasajes a un precio. Una vez hecha la compra te dicen que no pueden mantenerte el precio y y te ofrecen unos más caros. Si te niegas te amenizan con penalidades y además te entra los cargos en la tarjeta que hasta aquí jamás me reembolsaron.

Il a très bien expliqué et a été volontaire pour nous aider, moi et mes amies, à faire les choix qui nous convenaient le mieux. Toujours poli, malgré que dans les conversations, mes amies devenaient un peu tendues... Il a fait vraiment de son mieux pour que nous arrivions aux meilleurs arrangements possibles, selon nos besoins.. I worked with Lenny and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and courteous about my requirement. I had a complicated itinerary and he patiently worked with me to find the best fare and flight connections. I highly recommend this travel agent. I will use them again.

July 12, 2024: Updating my review since I had a very different experience while changing of one of the ticket. It was almost impossible to reach anyone over phone. After several days of trying and bouncing thru different agents, David started working on my case. He was trying to help but it is ridiculously difficult to reach him with follow ups. Emails bounce, phone goes unanswered. I am still waiting to get a resolution. Might not use them for my future travels due to this experience.

They overcharged me and didn’t get me the seat assignment I requested on my changed flight. When I called to remedy this, I was hung up on several times. Call your airline directly.

This company likes to play games. They won't issue your ticket for days and want you to be aware they may charge you more than what you think you're going to pay. Other review sites call them scammers.

Lenny answered all my questions and was super helpful booking my trip. I never booked a trip this way before and Lenny got it all done for me quickly and correctly! One other notable mention. This website was the cheapest I could find my flight too.

The operator that worked with me was very helpful. I really appreciate his efforts. I almost canceled my trips due to the confusion and pricing but he took on the headache and make sure I was able to get to three my destinations. So happy I did not have to cancel my trip. Thank you so much!
