Order received in good condition and at the time specified. Driver rang before arrival to confirm. I had a prompt response to my request for VAT invoice with the PDF sent same day.

Great company, delivered on time from a friendly delivery man, what more could you ask for!

A mix up with my order at the warehouse meant that I was sent an old display model in error. Jay in their sales team was very apologetic and offered me a free upgrade to this years model (C8) as compensation.

So while they really did mess up in the first place, you can be sure that they will pull out the stops to win your trust back and put things right.

I ordered a brand new LG OLED55B7V and it was supposed to be delivered on 06/09 between 7am and 11am, I took the day off work but by midday, it was clear that it was not going to be delivered so I called the company. They stated that the model I wanted is no longer available (even though it's still for sale on their site) but that they could offer me the C7 instead. I agreed as the two models are almost identical and I was promised delivery today.

I returned the TV that was delivered because of the following:

1) it was missing screws for the stand to fasten to the unit.

2) it was missing a remote control.

3) it had no instructions.

4) there was no film screen protector.

5) the bag the main unit was in was ripped with aged yellowed sellotape on it.

6) the box it came in was warped with damp, and covered in dust and had been resealed.

7) it was clearly a used/returned/ ex-display model that they'd sold as new.

Was a bit concerned about some of the reviews i.e. late delivery.wrong product etc. However my experience was only good. Product dekivered within 48 hours via parcelforce. Working fine and had all the components with it. Would recommend Rlrdistribution to anybody considering using them.

I was messaged to tell me when the package would arrive but due to work commitments I was not at home. The package was delivered to the post office and collected following morning. Package fully in tact and no damage. But it doesn't work. I have spoke to the company y and they have agreed to collect the goods and refund the money. Thank you very much RLR Distribution

Next day delivery. Arrived in great condition. Great tv for the best price I could find. Would certainly use again although delivery could have kept me better updated. I did not know what day it was coming until courier called me an hour before his arrival (although it was actually 2.5hr). Would have been nice to have an email with the day at leased, thankfully I wasn’t working. Tracking information was confusing.

Had never heard of RLR before I found them through a price comparison on Which so was a bit dubious in using them. All my doubts were for nothing as the process was simple, delivery quick and the delivery driver was easy to deal with and was actually happy which is unusual for a delivery driver, as I needed the parcel going to the buildings concierge service as I wasn't in. Will definitely be using again if they turn out to be cheapest in a comparison again!

Wasn’t sure about this company at first but took the risk as they were by far the cheapest. Tv is great, no problems. Can’t speak for customer service as not had to use them.

One recommendation would be to offer premium next day shipping at a cost, currently the shipping was free and although the delivery company were really good it took just shy of a week for the product to get to me.

Ordering process was simple and efficient and not along wait time. Communication from and with the courier company used by Rlr could have been better although that's probably no reflection on Rlr

Sent completely the wrong product. Ordered a desk fan for the heat and they sent a floor fan that takes up too much space .
