Never heard of them but have now and will use them again
Hadn't heard of them before. Not only were they the cheapest around but the only people with stock and as it was my daughters birthday the following week I took a chance and sent for them even though I didn't know who they were! I will definitely use them again. Delivery was really fast and I was well informed. Fantastic company!

Occasionally when loading and unloading our items, the warehouse team or our couriers may catch the packaging by accident. I believe this may have happened in transit because we do not send out packages that are not in immaculate condition. There is also another lady with a similar complaint so they may have gone out at the same time.

Happy with purchase
Although the package came with a minor damage, everything inside was in perfect condition and I’m happy with the purchase as the delivery fast and the process of buying my product was efficient. Apart from the damage to the packaging my experience was excellent.

RIGHT LOAD of RUBBISH!
I ordered a TV with 3-4 working days delivery. I needed this time frame as I was going away. Day 5, no TV. After numerous calls a TV turned up on day 7.
The box was not sealed correctly and upon opening found there was no TV Stand, Remote Control, Power lead, Batteries, Instructions, Warranty Card or anything other than the screen.
After 12 days, the TV has been returned and still no refund on my credit card.
Don't Waste Your Time with this Lot, go to Currys.

We are sorry to hear that you feel you have had a negative experience with us.
I have checked your order number and I remember speaking to you regarding this order.
The order was placed with us on the 19th of January, I personally spoke to you on the 23rd of January when you said you urgently needed this TV on the 24th as you were going to be working away. I assured you that this had left our warehouse and would be delivered on the 24th, the couriers tracking number shows this was the case (Parcel Force tracking number VA7100578).
I can only apologise if there was a mistake made in the warehouse and your television did arrive without it's accessories.
Our usual procedure is to wait for returns to make their way back to us, then a member of our returns team will process each return and issue the refund. If you check the tracking on Parcel Force for your return (tracking number VA7207092) your return has not come back to us yet.
Despite this, as a show of good faith, we issued your refund on the 30/01/19.
On the rare occasion that the warehouse does make a mistake, we do everything in our power to correct the issue. We went against company policy and issued your refund despite not receiving the item back.
Again, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Great price, poor delivery courier
I can't fault the price of the TV I bought but I'm still waiting for delivery 10 days after I placed the order and was told that it was with the courier. I've had no contact from the courier and when trying to contact them by email I get no response and by phone I just get an answering machine. I know it's not rlr fault but it's getting really annoying now when contacting rlr I get told they will sort it that day and someone will call me back but they never do.
