The website offers a good range of products, critically for me some large cushion storage bags. The bags I ordered are great quality and a very competitive price. Amazingly they were also delivered 48 hours after purchase which was really helpful for me to get the cushions stored away. Excellent service!

I bought an artificial plant which looked nothing like picture online when I asked for this item to be returned I was simply told I would have to incur the cost to return the item ( to quote their rude customer service email: " We do not provide free returns" that was all it said nothing else !!! ). As the item did not look like it was advertised this feels to me very unjust and very unfair.

I had previously owned my last Weber BBQ for 12 years and was already a fan of the brand! I researched my new Weber 310 Spirit 2 on the web where I found this company. I must say that I’m absolutely over the moon with my latest purchase , the build quality of all the components and the innovations they made since my last buy. The company Riverside have also been first class with advice /communication and delivery. I will be using them again and have no hesitation in recommending them .They used TNT for the bbq and DPD for the cover delivered a few days later.

I have had a Weber 7416 charcoal starter for 5 years sadly its very much passed it sell by date. I thought getting a new on would be easy however it turns out that entering "Weber 7416" will show you all sorts of Knock offs. I was therefore pleased to find Riverside selling the genuine article.
