Great service again why would you need to go any where else

Prompt despatch and exactly what I needed for my bbq

excellent service, can't fault.

I saw online that The Riverside Garden centre is raising money for Cancer Research UK and gives my family the chance to win a BBQ we could never afford.
I hope lots of people buy a raffle ticket there are some wonderful prizes and Cancer Research Uk really do need your help. My Mum was diagnosed last year with cancer and I’ve had a cancer scare this year. It’s so scary because there is no control for the individual and their family.

Very greedy and uncompassionate company.

I was unable to take delivery of a Weber Grill due to the unexpected and tragic death of my brother. On delivery day (the same day my brother passed away) I received a call from the delivery driver and told him that I needed the grill re-delivered as we were not in and at the hospital. A couple of days later a rude customer service representative rings me and explains that there will be a re-stocking fee applied to my refund. I never asked for a refund, just a redelivery - we still want the product. Now that I have finally had a chance to get back on top of my personal admin I’ve noticed that the restocking fee was £100 and I was not sent an email or any correspondence to confirm this. I’m not after a refund of this fee or anything else, I just want people to know how greedy and uncompassionate the Riverside Garden Centre are. Imagine how positive the review could have been had they understood the situation and acted with compassion. Instead they chose to make an easy £100.

Great delivery but missing a bolt for the temperature gauge

This was a simple and fast interaction. I placed an order on line where the prices were competitive and items were in stock. I received communications immediately that my items were shipping. Next day, everything arrived as promised. Simple, easy, fast and competitive.

I received my order very quickly.
Unfortunately, the product I bought did not fit my bbq model (US).
Riverside team responded immediately to my email (on a Saturday) and helped me diagnose why it wasn't fitting. I was able to return my product as I couldn't use it

I purchased my BBQ as a first time buyer from Riverside. The process was easy to follow, the price was keen and I'll have no hesitation in using them again. I noticed that the box had been opened, but that's obviously to attach the regulator included in the price, the packaging was in perfect condition. Very happy with the purchase.

Received the goods in very nicely packed, but few nuts were missing. Received them without delay. Very nice & solid. But the price is bit high. I like it.

I was looking for a certain Weber BBQ cover and unable to get one locally.
I went on the net and found this Garden Centre
Extremely helpful staff friendly and polite when talking on the phone.
They had what I was looking for, I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Saturday.
Excellent service, would not hesitate to use them in the future.

I buy all my Weber BBQ essentials from Riverside Garden Centre, products are always in stock and excellent customer service. My orders have been delivered next day on a number of occasions, great service.

The dimensions of the Alexander rose cantilever base I bought were not on the Riverside website and so I was directed to the manufacturers site which said 60x68cm.
The actual dimensions were 76x76cm and so would not fit on a trolley up our alleyway.
Riverside accepted that their advice and the manufacturers website were wrong but took no responsibility for it and only offered me a return at my own cost. They asked me who I had spoken to in sales but I didn’t take the name - so if you do deal with this company take down the names of the people you deal with.
I would have been happy with kerbside delivery if dimensions were right as I could have borrowed a trolley to get it up the side. So 1 star for bad website product details, phone advice and customer service after the event.

BBQ stand (more robust than previous model) for Weber Q2000 arrived within a few days and was 10% cheaper than most competitors.

Ordered, accepted, delivered on time. Couldn't ask for better.

Great selection and very fast delivery. Ordered Friday evening and was delivered the next morning! Fantastic selection of Weber products at a fair price. Nice delivery man too. Only slight issue was their website not being able to see more than ten things in the basket at a time, so was fiddly to check I had everything I wanted, but overall wasn't much of an issue
