Customer service is really good and staff are polite and thorough. Job was complete efficiently and quickly and have no complaints about the work. The only negative is it’s very expensive. I paid £300 including parts to fix a leaky toilet. Would recommend if you can afford a slightly more expensive service

My experience with Rightio was excellent from the minute I phoned them. Customer service was fab, call out was prompt, no call out fee and the engineer Owen was amazing if I could give him 10 stars I would!! Friendly, polite and very helpful.

We had a burst pipe in the bathroom. Rightio gave us the best quote and the engineer Hamid turned up on time and completed the job within the hour. This company is very efficient and professional. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I'd give zero stars but web page won't let me. Absolute charlatan of a company. Don't turn up when promised, misdiagnose serious issues, bombard with calls as each shift doesn't have full case details. Only interested in closing case off their system, not in fixing actual problem

What a joke of a company.
Check all work carried out by there so called plumbers. They TOOK all my copper pipes out of my bathroom. I only had a radiator fitted. Well over priced for it as well. WOW and the customer service even worse.
AVOID before you get ripped off.
Leaking washing machine inlet valve.
The engineer arrived on time and was courteous and efficient.
After completion of the job (a leaking washing machine inlet valve) the leak reappeared the next day. The engineer was easily contacted and picked up a new valve on route. This was successfully fitted and there have been no further problems.

Owen has just finished repairing a leak on my bath, what a Trojen the job was extremely difficult but he stuck with it until the end, I can't thank him and Rightio enough, excellent job thank's once again.
Experienced staff who get things done
My mother, who is nearly 90, had a leak coming from the bathroom/airing cupboard area, through her kitchen ceiling. We had to turn off her water supply. I spent 48 frustrating hours trying to get this addressed, through a major supplier who she was insured with. After several calls, a lot of misinformation and two visits from people sent out by them, who did absolutely nothing (jobsworths), I called Rightio Plumbers, who kept to their word, sent someone out the same day and resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes. High praise goes to Adeel, who used his experience and intellect, to test out his theory, after a quick summary from us. He wasn't afraid to take things apart and get to the root of the problem, which was actually a minor connection problem under the bath. An expensive 15 minute 'repair', but sometimes you have to pay for experience and know-how and we were highly delighted with Adeel and Rightio. The telephone staff were helpful and polite too.
Policy of no payment if job not completed not followed by Rightio, and complaint not responded to.
On 3rd April 2026 I needed a plumber to unblock my kitchen sink. Contacted Rightio by phone. The male operative I spoke with was very friendly and professional. He organised a plumber to attend. Despite their policy on their website stating that if job not completed no payment would be due, I was asked to pay up front. I paid £177.60 over the phone. Plumber attended on 3/4/26. He was very professional and I helped him check outside rodding points but had to force the caps off these as the screws had rusted, breaking one of the caps. Run off from my sink is shallow and under the floor so unable to access it. Plumber did not have the correct long bendy metal thing but used one I had. Blockage could not be shifted. Plumber returned on 4/4/26 with 2 containers of chemical, which was then poured down the waste pipe in my kitchen. I paid a further £29.53 for this. I was told to leave the chemical for 24 hours which I did. The plumber marked the job as completed on his tablet as that allowed him to move to his next job. He advised that if that didn’t unblock the sink only other options were to break through our basement ceiling to get at the pipe under the kitchen floor, or to cut through a pipe outside our house to try to track back up the waste pipe to find the blockage. I didn’t want further damage so said no. The chemicals didn’t work and the blockage remained. I therefore phoned Rightio to ask for my money back as the problem had not been solved and as per their policy displayed on their website. The woman I spoke to one 10/4/26, their Senior Resolutions Agent (yes, I have her name) said she would need to speak to her manager, but she also raised a complaint on their system, job number 7331058. She confirmed this by email to me stating she was dealing with it and would get back to me. Since then I have emailed her several times and contacted the company directly but they have not had the courtesy to respond in any way. They have not updated me on my complaint, have not resolved the issue, and have not returned the money I have paid them, despite their stated policy. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Overpriced service. Problem was identified during first visit and a part had to be replaced. Came back next day to fit part. Charged a fortune for time/labour. Will look elsewhere next time.
