Richer Sounds - Tunbridge Wells Bewertungen 

I went into the Tunbridge Wells store for new speakers to go with my recently purchased pro-ject debut carbon deck that I purchased online at Richer Sounds but wanted to hear what the wharfedale diamond speakers sounded like. The staff were really helpful and nothing was too much trouble, they set the speakers up for me to listen too and I purchased them and had them delivered free of charge. Would highly recommend the speakers and Richer sounds

I spent quite some time choosing a smart TV which had all the features I needed.
Each time I phoned I received expert advice and first class service.

Helpful knowledgeable staff . Got just what we wanted

Really great experience upgrading my Tv and AVR with Joe and Calum in Tunbridge Wells branch.

Not only were they most competitive on price in the first place I wasn’t happy with the initial Denon AVR which they kindly swapped out for the equivalent Onkyo without any question.

Good example of why I only use Richer Sounds for big purchases like this when the time comes to upgrade.

Two week ago I ordered a Cello TV with 3/5 day free delivery. By day five I was getting a bit concerned so gave them a call. Tom in Litchfield answered the call and established they were waiting for stock, which I had not been advised. I expressed my disappointment and he said he would contact the relevant location when their phones come on.

An hour later I spoke with Dean at Tunbridge Wells who was up to speed, gave his apologies and offered an alternative upgrade with delivery the next day……..Well what could I say apart from thank you and accept. Delivery was made next day, and all is well.
I was thinking a Four-star rating but settled on Five………. Well done Richer's yet again.

I ordered an incorrect item. The online staff informed me that the item I wanted was available at your Southampton store. It was reserved for me. I went to collect yesterday and the staff at your Southampton store were very good in dealing with paperwork regarding the return of incorrect item and the processing of the replacement item.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, firstly they price match so why would anyone, but also because the expertise from Joe and the team are incredible.

Knowledgeable and helpful advice in the Tunbridge Wells store.
We made our purchase in the week of Black Friday and were told that if the prices of our TV and soundbar dropped further on Black Friday, we would be refunded the difference. This then happened and the Richer sounds team did not hesitate to make arrangements for the refund. I guess this should not be a surprise but I was half expecting there to be a small print reason why this would not happen - so many thanks to the Richer Sounds team.

Superb helpful and friendly service

Although still finishing up something the assistant acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and said he’d be with us shortly, a refreshing change to the lack of acknowledgement received in most places. Really helpful and actually connected the song I wanted to hear through the speaker. I decided to buy the speaker and was told there was a few days delivery lead in, which wasn’t a problem as it was my Christmas present. As it turned out there was one in stock which we left with. Great customer service
