This is the second Mitchell & Brown we have purchased and we are completely happy with it. However, when we got the first one we were living in Darwen and the seller not only delivered it but also sel it up and showed me how to use it. Because I am Partially Sighted this service was invaluable. I will pay extra to make sure I get the best from the Tv but it is disappointing.

I purchased a new cable for my turntable via the Stockport shop. The guys at the shop were as ever very friendly and helpful - as they always are. They recommended a new cable for me with express delivery. I purchased it on Saturday. They said it should arrive on Tuesday. I was surprised to get message from the courier saying it was going to be delivered a day earlier - great! Great experience and I'm sure it won't be the last time I shop at Stockport Richer Sounds. Great job guys.

I had dealt with Richer Sounds in the past when I bought my previous television from them and found them to be a good reputable company. This time I was served by Tom who went through all the technical details of my new television, as I am not tech minded. I found him to be patient and not at all pushy and so I placed my order. My new television was delivered before the time specified by Trav and Rob and they ensured that the television was left in a convenient place for connecting. They also stressed that if I had any problems at all that I should contact Richer Sounds for advice. Luckily, that was not necessary. This is why I would recommend this company to anyone because their customer care is second to none.

I bought a denon midi system and a few days later wanted to upgrade and the process was so easy with staff at Stockport Richer Sounds esp Tom. I will use them again in preference to other outlets.
