Really disappointed that Package arrived in original manufacturers box. This was to be a birthday present for my son but arrived in White Sonos box with huge delivery sticker stuck on and the white box was absolutely filthy and had been squashed in one corner. Not all suitable at all for a birthday gift.
I don’t recall seeing an option, while ordering, to receive in manufacturers box, so I expected it to arrive in a secondary box with Sonos box protected inside.

Richer Sounds is always competitive and service is overall impeccable.

I originally went to richersounds to look at Projectors and after a very detailed presentation from Andy I realised a large screen TV was best for me so I purchased the TCL 98Q9BK 98" TV at a great VIP price, I have mounted it on a wall and its Amazing the picture quality is brilliant, I also purchased a Samsung Soundbar Q99OF at another VIP price which is also mounted on a wall with the supplied brackets and it sounds Amazing, Firstly I would like to thank Andy for his expert knowledge and guidance in helping me to chose the right equipment for me and at the right price, also I would like to thank the other members of the team I also dealt with Stuart, Dave and Justin in making this an enjoyable experience I wouldn't go anywhere for my entertainment equipment,

The main reason I give a high score is because of the time staff (Justin) was prepared to give showing me different options so I could get the best one

Price of tv was matched by one or two other retailers but the 6 year guarantee is great for the buyer

Brilliant customer service from Kelvin which is so hard to come by these days. Kelvin is extremely knowledgeable about the products, which allowed him to confidently recommend the most suitable soundbar and TV for our needs.
We did not feel rushed to make a decision, with a few options provided for our budget.
I cannot recommend Richer Sounds enough, they (and Kelvin) are top notch so I wouldn't go anywhere else. Price wise, they were the cheapest too so all in all an absolutely excellent experience. 💯

Having been let down by John Lewis's failure to deal with a guarantee claim I have been looking for a replacement Samsung Quantum Dot TV. I ended up exchanging messages with Justin at the Liverpool branch of Richer Sounds. Although I wasn't able to get the set I wanted, Justin dealt patiently with my enquiries and offered valuable advice. Thanks.

I was made welcome as soon as I entered the store in Liverpool. I looked around as I waited for a staff member to become available to deal with my enquiry. I was attended to by Diego whose name I seen on the web site. I had called in to get advice on why the screen clarity on my Sony KD 48 A9 had started to darken giving us a less than acceptable viewing experience. We discussed the issue I had highlighted and we had a very interesting and informative, for me, twenty minutes or so. His knowledge was exceptional and I was surprisingly able to understand everything he went over. I left the store very satisfied with the thought that I wasn't the end of my TV but with the added bonus of the assurance that I could return, if my problem persisted, at a later date when we could explore other options for me.

I needed bookshelf speakers to Bluetooth-stream music and also plug into my Mac for music production and mixing. Staff at Richer Sounds Liverpool were very helpful and I’m very happy with my purchase.
