Purchased my newest car from here, dealt with Alfie throughout the whole process including delivery and couldn’t be happier with the customer service, he made sure everything was clear and easy to understand and put up with all the questions and requests I had through the whole purchasing stage, definitely the best company I’ve used while buying a car and Alfie made the experience so easy and stayed in touch the whole time to make sure I was happy, definitely recommend getting a car from here.

Awful company please read my review on there website .AND DID NOT REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY ONCE I EXPLAINED THAT I WAS NO LONGER BUYING THE CAR IT TOOK THREE DAYS AND LOTS OF EMAILS .LAST ONE INFORMING THAT IF WASNT PAIS BY END OF THAT WORKING DAY THAT ID TAKE IT TO THE NEXT STEP THEN SUDDENLY REFUNDED AND AS ALSO EXPLAINED I COULDNT ANSWER CALLS AS WHAT AT WORK MYSELF ALSO

Great communication from the moment I enquired about the car. Gave a good price for part exchange. Arranged to have the new car taken to another location to make pick up easier. Thank you Adam for making it a smooth transaction.

Grant was bang on...
Everything was done with in under 2 hours and the car came with in a week delivered to my home address. Very happy with the car.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Grant and his team from their Basildon site and I really cannot fault the professionalism of his team.
From start to finish they kept me updated and when I picked up the car it was spotlessly clean and Grant completed all the paperwork very quickly so I could drive away happy.

We were greeted by Jesse and made to feel welcome our requirements were met and although the car we actually came to see had been sold another vehicle was quickly found, which actually was better to meet our needs. The whole experience was very good, no fuss a cuppa and a car who could ask for more

Amazing experience from start to finish. I reached out in October looking for a new car but at the time they had nothing i was interested in. Jesse a salesman there kindly assisted me and said he would keep a look out. In march i saw a car i liked and messaged Jesse who responded fast and was happy to help. He got everything set up for me and the process was straight forward. He was very flexible with collection too which made it convenient for me. When we arrived to collect my new car Jesse was very welcoming and got through the handover process quick and efficiently. 100% recommend Reynolds Motor Group for affordable cars and if you want a stress free experience.

Avoid RMG on any costs. Jesse Jones sell me a Toyota Corolla 2019 pretending full service hystory is online with Toyota to find 2 days later that car never been serviced in Toyota and warranty was invalidated. I tryed to return the car but they did not accept. So contacted cityzen advice and my bank and started a legal action. Car also come with suspicious MOT done in RMG garage with no advisory 3 days after failed MOT and the cause of the failer still exists, now reported to DVSA.

Really great service, told the guys what I was after and they got all the cars matching my needs all together. 5 star service highly recommend!
