The Issues: Predatory Billing Practices. Recently, my utility bills for water, gas, and electricity spiked to levels that defy logic. When comparing my usage to previous months, the math simply doesn't add up. It feels less like a utility adjustment and more like a coordinated scam to squeeze residents for every cent.
Zero/No Prior Notification: The most frustrating part is there was no prior notifications. No emails, no notices, and no updates on the resident portal till the last the day of the month. We were blind-sided by these inflated charges, leaving many of the residents scrambling to adjust our monthly budgets.
Abysmal Communication. Attempting to get a straight answer from management is a full-time job. When you question the rates, you’re met with system errors or vague excuses about market adjustments that were never documented.
Revolutionre operates with a complete lack of integrity. They shamelessly take advantage of the fact that utilities are a necessity, hiking prices without the basic courtesy of a notification.
Prospective residents and HOAs beware, stay far away from this company unless you enjoy watching your savings disappear into a black hole of undisclosed fees.
