Disappointing experience with Returnstore
I ordered a pallet that was advertised as electronics, with a declared value of approximately €5,960. However, the pallet I received did not match the description and contained different types of products than expected.
I contacted Returnstore to explain the issue and provided photos and the relevant documentation, but so far I have not received a satisfactory solution regarding the missing/non-matching goods.
I expected the contents of the pallet to correspond to the description and manifest provided at the time of purchase. I hope Returnstore will review this case and resolve the issue fairly.

I’d like to call this a scam, but technically I can’t, because the seller did fulfill their obligation and sent the order.

I ordered a **Branded Electronics Box**, and with delivery it cost me **€277**. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Almost every item was either incomplete, missing important parts/accessories, or in such poor condition that it would be easier to throw it away than try to sell it.

At this point, I’ll be lucky if I manage to recover even **half of the money I spent**.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend being very careful. I personally would **never order from here again**.

Box z nadwyżkami z Amazona z zamówionymi przedmiotami miał być z elektroniką a były w nim jakieś chińskie pierdoły, ciuchy dla dzieci, nianie elektroniczne i słuchawki z temu xd. 500zl za boxa, z którego nawet połowy z tego się nie odrobi. Cenniki na kartce są wyciągnięte z palca bo wartości rynkowe nawet się do tych kwot nie zbliżają. Naprawdę odradzam jakiegokolwiek zakupu z tej strony, chyba że ktoś potrzebuje jakiś losowych pierdół z chin po zawyżonych cenach ale najpewniej ktoś planuje ma tym zarobić, więc odradzam bo z tej strony się nie da.
