Rentec has been an amazing experience for us. I'm a landlord and manage my small group of properties. Not only do I really like the software, but it has been easy for my tenants to use and they've been able to get set up quickly and with very few questions. Rentec Direct has been an outstanding experience from day one. They assign you a dedicated onboarding coach. Shout out to my coach Jesse, who walks you through everything step by step with patience and clarity. The Zoom calls are excellent, and they never make you feel rushed or overwhelmed. They will even share their screen with you and teach all newbies.
Every person I have spoken with, especially when I needed help with credit checks, has been incredibly patient, kind, and easy to communicate with. Their support team is consistent, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
The software itself is very user friendly. Everything is organized, intuitive, and simple to navigate. After trying free rental software in the past, the difference is huge. Colton is so well spoken and he makes it easy to understand the steps needed to complete my on-boarding. He is easy to reach and so incredibly knowledgeable about the software. The layout of the software is easy to follow and not overly complicated like other property management softwares.

My name is Geovinci Martinez, RN and I own a small but successful rental property business in South Texas. Recently we had to restructure our LLC in order to minimize liability. This meant modernizing from our previous pen and paper accounting  and Zelle payments to an online Rental System. After months of searching and 1 monumental failure with another company, we found RENTEC DIRECT. I started working with Mr. Colton who showed me that this company was exactly what I was looking for. The system was more simple to use than Quickbooks which as an old-schooler, i greatly appreciated. Mr. Colton walked me thru the process with ease. Helped me organize my thoughts and lead me to acquire the skills and resources I badly needed to now be able to grow my business efficiently and safely. My tenants are also very pleased with their new payment portal and all its functions for invoices and record keeping. All in all, this has been a great experience and I recommend Rentec to all owners and landlords out there. Doesn't get any easier, and the support staff is TOP NOTCH.
