Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify some context for anyone reading this: Rejsby Europæiske Efterskole is an “efterskole"/boarding school. Outside the school year, our campus is rented out during summer holidays through the agency Efterreisen to external groups such as school camps - this rental activity is separate from our core school operations.

Our facilities staff’s role is limited to checking the premises at departure and ensuring the agreed handover conditions (including cleaning) are met, as outlined in the rental agreement.

We’re sorry the check-out process felt stressful, and we take all feedback seriously. However, the cleaning and waste sorting did not meet the agreed standard at check-out.

If you’d like to discuss what happened directly, please contact us at kontor@rejsby.eu - as the booking and rental terms were arranged through Efterreisen, we’d also encourage you to reach out to them directly regarding the camp arrangements.
