Just got back from an amazing holiday in Norway. Booked through Regent who were knowledgeable, helpful and able to answer all questions even trivial enquiries. The holiday was more or less seamless. Will definitely use again.

I just got back from an 8 day holiday in Tromso and Svalbard. It was perfect from start to finish. I had the most amazing time. I am so grateful and impressed to Emma Brown and Regent for the flawless organisation of my holiday which meant I had no stress and could fully enjoy every moment.

Jo helped me plan the perfect getaway to Lapland and her knowledge of the activities and accommodation was excellent. All the team at Regent were helpful when I had a query prior to departure. We stayed for 4 nights at the Inari Wilderness hotel in the chalet accommodation.

The room was clean, spacious and we had a great view overlooking the lake. The activities were really well organised with friendly, informed staff. They allowed us to change one of activities whilst there. The food was delicious and although buffet never ran out. I would absolutely recommend both Regent and the hotel.

We were even lucky enough to see an excellent display of the northern lights.

We have just returned from our wonderful and very well planned four night trip to the Lofoten Islands in Northern Norway. The activities and scheduling were excellent and the scenery is absolutely spectacular. The drive from Evenes airport to Svolvaer added to the adventure but allow plenty of time (3-4 hours) especially in the snow. The Scandic Hotel at Svolvaer has the most incredible views and if weather allows superb Northern Lights displays. We learnt how climate change is affecting this fragile environment so now is definitely the time to go. Thankyou for the excellent organisation.

Stef planned a great itinerary for our Philippines holiday and was very responsive to our requests for tweaks to get it just right. The holiday more than matched our expectations. We were also very impressed with the local tour company, Blue Horizons, who were very organised, kept in touch throughout our tour and provided some excellent guides. Special mention to Jessy who was our guide in northern Luzon - do ask for her by name if planning a similar trip!

4 day trip to Tromso and Malangen resort. Booking was good and easy and the Thon hotel polar excellent with probably the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. We had 2 Northern lights tour, one from Tromso booked by Regent and one we booked ourselves at Malangen. Both very good, though the Tromso very much better organised.
The Malangen resort in a great setting. We were warned/ advised to take food with us as on B and B. Other British tourists had half board We booked dog sledging there which was great BUT you need to be aware classed as an extreme sport as you may crash and very jarring on your back even if you dont. Be aware that many activities in Tromso and at the resort are sold out well in advance so pre book long before you travel. Tromso is in the Arctic so you will need shoe spikes to prevent falling ( pavements are not cleared of ice )
Tromso has lots of attractions and in retrospect we probably should have stayed there as travelling from the resort used up one day of our holiday

My experience of Regent during the booking stage of a tailor made road trip to Norway has been excellent. My brother and I are really looking forward to our trip later in the year.

We went to Tromso for a 4 night winter break to see the Northern lights and they did not disappoint. We did 2 trips to see them one on land and the other on water and they obliged both nights.
We had very mild weather with sunny skies and no rain, unfortunately no snow until our drive to airport for departure.
We stayed at The Thon Tromso and were very impressed with the property the staff and the location, breakfast included was magnificent, doubt anyone could think of anything missing.
Peter was very helpful before our holiday and answered all our queries.

We travelled from the UK to Sweden for a week (Stockholm / Kiruna / Abisko / Kiruna / Stockholm). Planes, Trains & Automobiles and every transfer went like clockwork. Really well organised, tailored the trip to meet our needs. Lovely hotels, great excursions (dinner in the SkyStation at the top of the mountain a highlight).

Throughout the whole booking process the agent there we used (Peter) did a great job of building the tour we needed and great communication throughout.

Our second trip with Regent and won’t be our last.

I found Regent online when looking for Lapland holidays - we have usually booked our own holidays rather than using an agent. I was really impressed how easy and how organised it all was. Emma our adviser was great and the holiday was fabulous- would definitely recommend Apukka!

Absolutely fantastic holiday to Tromso, what a lovely place. Snowed most days and saw the Northern Lights most nights. Husky sledging, snowmobiling and a Fjord and fishing trip, all excellent value and great fun. Well organised from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Regent and the local agent were excellent when my arrival flight was delayed. Organised an alternative tour on another day. And kept me informed.

My complete ring road trip of Iceland was superb. Regent was helpful and professional with enquiries, booking and itinerary. The local provider, GJ travel, was excellent: knowledgeable, friendly and professional driver/guide. Hotels very good. Scenery and weather even better. A spectacular country to visit - a once in a lifetime trip. Even managed to get vegan food across the trip and see the Northern Lights. Need to visit again in spring! Worth every penny.

My boyfriend and I visited Sweden and Norway over Christmas 2024, on the Arctic Circle by Rail trip. We had booked the holiday back in January 2024, and as you might imagine, had built it up a lot in our minds over the months in between. I can honestly tell you that all of our high expectations fell short, which doesn't happen often, I know! Spending Christmas in the Arctic Circle, and getting to see the Aurora three nights in a row was simply magical, but everything else was perfect as well. The hotels, the staff, the friendliness of the people, the views, the food! Oh my goodness, the food was phenomenal. From the fancy tasting menu at Camp Ripan, to rustic homemade reindeer soup in a Lávvu tent, everything was so good. I loved that everything was locally sourced and the focus on environmentalism was impressive. Both prior and after our trip, everyone at Regent was absolutely brilliant, being friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely prompt in response to all my many queries! Thank you! I promise that I will be booking more trips with you in the future!

Hayley worked so hard with us, answering a plethora of ongoing queries we had on our dream holiday, all in all making it an unforgettable experience. I'd have no hesitation booking with Regent again, inparticularly when having Hayley as the contact.
