I imagine that all regenexx doctors are experts in their field but I think I have the best of the best in Dr. Fenton at Vermont Regenerative Medicine. He was very knowledgeable in treating my ankle injury he took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me. He is an expert in untrasound diagnosis and has been practicing in the field of Regenerative Medicine for many, many years. I had very good results with the Regenexx procedures and wouldn't hesitate to do them again if needed!

Our family has had three Platelet Rich Plasma injection treatments from our local (Oceanside, CA) Regenexx physician (Dr. Derrington) over the last 3 years. One procedure was for me (hip), and two were for my son (each shoulder) as an alternative to surgery, which was in each case recommended by our respective regular doctors. My doctor wanted to replace my hip, despite the MRI results which indicated minimal arthritis (I am 66 years old) and no other trauma or damage, except for a condition called Transient Osteoporosis, which causes extreme and consistent pain. I suffered with this pain for 12 weeks before the PRP injection with little relief, but one week after the injection was 50% improved, and within 3 weeks 90% recovered. At 6 weeks I was 100% recovered. My son’s injuries were related to baseball injuries and, again, traditional doctors recommended surgery. The PRP injections for him were one year apart, and in both cases he recovered 100% within a few months during the offseason. I’m telling everyone I can to investigate Regenexx procedures before surgery, but am amazed that even though I can cite our successes, people prefer to have surgery and rarely, if ever, pursue information gathering, I suspect because insurance companies won’t pay for these procedures, yet, it’s preferable to undergo a free surgical procedure than to pay a modest fee out-of-pocket for a minimally invasive PRP injection. These procedures worked tremendously well for me and my son. We are so happy we gave this alternative a chance.

They identified the problem and gave me a realistic analysis
I chose the Stem cell as it did not require surgery and the stem cell as best option.
Am I back to 100% no way but 705 to 80% yes. The night time pain is gone.

When it comes to regenerative medicine there is no one in Colorado, or the country, that has more experience. I have found their services and procedures to be very effective in treating a variety of spine and other orthopedic injuries and am very pleased with the outcomes I’ve had. They have allowed my wife and I to maintain a high level of recreational activities that we otherwise would not have been able to achieve.

Dr. Torrance is brilliant and I will have all my joint issues reviewed and treated by him in the future! He did wonders for my low back and I am confident he and Regenexx will be the answer to healthy joints and painfree longevity!

After getting news from my neurosurgeon that I was going to be needing multi level disc fusion in my lower lumbar. I wasn’t ok with that option especially after watching other friends and co workers still suffering from that kind of surgery. I sought out for an alternative treatment and receiving the platelet enriched therapy I was able to avoid surgery. The pain has decreased to the point I have been able to go to work, and play with my kids. I would definitely recommend this option! Compared to surgery I have saved not only time but also my back from surgery.

It will be a year in November 2019. Exceeded my expectations and would do it again😊

I was hesitant to have this procedure, but so glad I did since my plantar fascitis tear healed much more quickly than if I had not had it done.

I love Dr. Hyzy! He’s personable, caring, careful, clear, and understandable. I wish the procedures would work better but, anything is better than more surgery. I’m 71 and have had 3 spinal fusions and 6 joint replacements in 20 years; I just can’t do more surgery!

I had traumatic fractures of both SI joints with marked instability on the left. I spent months in physical therapy and receiving steroid injections every 12 weeks with no real improvement. Dr. Schultz rocks! Severe C3 stenosis and "huge" bulging lumbar discs are full range of motion now w/ little to no pain post-PRP INJECTIONS; it took several months. Cold laser + D.O. may have helped.
