Absolute scam artists. Paid for the top package. All of the grooms side footage is missing and none of the photos have been sent and we're now over 2 years after the wedding.

They're not answering any emails or calls and have turned off comments on their social media and Youtube.

Absolutely do not book with these lot of you actually want videos and photos. All they do is make a trailer for advertising then ignore. Complaints have been filed with Trading Standards and the Claims Court.

I am not just a disgruntled customer, Zain and his family hav a history of doing this to people.

DO NOT BOOK!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ZAIN IS A TOTAL SCAMMER!
We had our wedding over a year ago, they were quick to take the full payment yet up till this day we have been constantly ignored and fobbed off, his family are just as bad! Absolute scumbags

Zain arrived an hour late to the booking which caused me to miss out on some special shots. After numerous attempts of contacting them we still haven’t even received a trailer of the film or our photos. We were first given multiple dates such as February, March then April followed by July. From July till September there was no reply from them. We then got told it’ll be ready by the end of October, it’s now November and still no update.

We turned up to their home address, Zain’s dad tried covering up for him saying they’re extremely busy bla bla.. he then gave his number and said “contact me and I’ll have an update for you in 2 days”
A week later, AGAIN, NO UPDATE FROM HIS FATHER TOO! He is also ignoring calls and text messages. Total scamming family taking innocent peoples money! We’re now taking this matter to small claims court. I wish I had seen these reviews before I booked with them.

Absolutely unprofessional.Specky guy zain speaks to customers rudely. Quick enough to take deposit and dont show up for bookings.
Baffles me how they are still in business and no one has reported them to trading standards. AVOID!

I got married last summer, and to this day, I have still not received my wedding photos or video. This has been incredibly upsetting.
Since the wedding, I have made countless attempts to get in touch with Zain. I’ve called, texted, and even reached out through various social media platforms, but I have received no response whatsoever. My messages have been completely ignored. There has been zero communication or explanation regarding the delay, and no indication of when - or if - I will ever receive what I paid for.
This is not just disappointing; it is completely unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. We entrusted Zain and his “team” with one of the most important days of our lives and paid thousands of pounds for a service that was never delivered. To be treated with such disregard after full payment is both frustrating and heartbreaking.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of appalling, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same.

Literally the worst company. Waiting since 2022. Paid thousands. He is so scummy will ignore message and emails. He and family will delete all comments exposing them. Everything you see on social media is a lie. Please avoid. I am taking him to small claims court.

Don’t ever book this business for photography/videography. The worst people to book for your special day. I had booked reflexion for my mendhi and wedding day in 2022. After constant messaging and calling AND going to Zain’s house did we receive my wedding video and pictures via Dropbox and nothing more after a whole year and half later, I was promised to have a wedding album and my wedding/mendhi video on a USB stick and delivered and all I have is digital copy and what you see on his Instagram is a lie - the editing on my wedding movies are all in slow motion he did a rushed job and this all cost me and my husband 4.5k!!! He has scammed us, he claims that his having trouble with his album guy and comes up with excuses everytime (that is if you even receive a response) he would message me after months. His responses when I initially booked were quick but once the money had been received I would barely even receive a response and now none at all. After all these excuses I’m surprised to see people still booking him and him still shooting weddings HE IS A SCAMMER

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I had my function in September 2021 and I had to chase these guys for MONTHS to give me my photos. They finally uploaded a trailer A YEAR LATER that went completely against my request i.e., showing my partner's face even though I explicitly said not to. I paid for an album, trailer, and photos. And what did I get? Zero photos, a trailer that pretty much went against all my requests, and no photo album. I spent thousands on this company and they screwed me over. I contacted reflection beauty as well as a means of getting to the company and nothing. Do not use them. I am at the point now where I know I am not getting any photos back now and I just want my money back. After seeing all the poor reviews I regret not looking at this website sooner. You might be wondering why I left it this long? I guess I thought these guys were a business and knew what it meant to run one. I stand corrected.

Awful company we had our wedding in 2022 it is now 2024 we are still waiting for the photos and videos we paid in full as they required they did not reply to a single email or message in the two years we have spent chasing them. Would not reccomend at all we got SOME of the pictures after two years and threatening legal action and the picturws are unedited and unfilted not what was promised at the start. We still are waiting to get the video and its been 2.5 years

We booked RS for our Baraat and Walima for March 2020. The whole process of booking them was easy.

The wedding day is when the issues began. They hardly spoke to us, they uploaded pictures before I even made my entrance even though they were asked not to upload the wedding on social media as neither families wanted it.

Once the wedding was over we contacted them as lockdown had been announced and we couldn’t have our Walima, we asked for our money back (2K) and they said they will give it as a credit note. We never had our Walima and never got that money back. Our family and friends didn’t want to use RS after seeing how they were at the wedding and especially after knowing how long we have had to wait for responses.

I have seen the draft film of the Baraat day (which was sent after 8 months) and I was in tears seeing how awfully it was executed. The Nikkah looked like it was recorded on a phone with unstable hands, there was no drone footages, or any of the professionalism you would expect after seeing their IG posts (which is what we fell for). Nevertheless I sent the edits back to them It’s been nearly four years and I am still waiting for the pictures and film. They say their turnaround is 6-8 months but the first draft copy was received after 8 months. I have sent back what I wanted edited but I have had no response since. I have contacted them numerous times via IG, WhatsApp message and call, email, website but I have heard nothing back.

You might be thinking what took me so long to write this review. I guess I have just been hopeful and I’m not one to leave bad reviews for businesses. But being hopeful, patient and polite with RS clearly got me nowhere so I wanted to type this review to help others who may consider this business for their big day.

I got married September 2022. They did my nikkah photos and baraat wedding film.
They provided me with the photos.
However, I’ve had no wedding film! Not even a draft.

I have tried communicating multiple times but have just been ignored by ALL family members including reflexion beauty.

Been using them many times now, Its been Great, It is 10000% worth it!
I will be using their amazing services again 10/10

I was drawn in by their social media presence and what seemed like great wedding photography and videography. my day went well, they took half the money as a deposit and the remaining payment on the wedding day. from here on it was nothing but problems. I was promised my final cut movie and photos 3-6 months. its now coming up to a year and I am yet to receive the final cut and complete photos. they refuse to answer my calls and my last conversation was 3 months ago. I am left with a single draft of my movie and incomplete photos. such a shocking and unprofessional team to work with, nothing but a nightmare.
