The online customer service chat…
The online customer service chat assistance was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! The actual items that I wanted to purchase were going to cost about maybe $4.30 over the credit available to spend on my Ezipay account. I've been a regular customer of Redrat for about 8yrs now. And all I asked for was a tiny bit of discount so I could get the items that I wanted. But I was told NO!!! I feel like that was a bit SAD and UNFAIR!!!
