Order placed Friday, paid extra for priority delivery. Now Wednesday, order still 'pending', no answer on the phone, no responses to emails, web contact form, facebook, Twitter. Either terrible service or you've gone out of business. I want my money back.

I was trying to order a specific coloured Zaor desk that I could not find online anywhere. I contacted Red Dog and a couple of other distributors. Gary from Red Dog got me a quote direct from Zaor immediately. The desk was made to order and the entire time Gary kept me up to date through the whole process and I was able to track my order alll the way from Romania. I wasn’t in a rush for the desk but Gary went out of his way to contact his counterpart in Romania to get updates on the build process. The desk arrived and it’s of phenomenal quality. This is the way online retail should be, especially for large purchases.
