We have recently sold our buy to let house in Sheffield. Redbrik were very efficient in managing tenants plus checking on the property. The selling partnering Taylor&Emmet went very smoothly & efficiently. Andrew gave us a progression report every week which kept us in the loop.

Redbrik were outstanding throughout whole process. They were efficient, proactive and kept me informed at all times. The sale was concluded in less than 3 months. I’d happily recommend Redbrik and would use them again without hesitation.

I used Redbrik for the sale of my house after using an online estate agent and getting no viewings or offers for 6 months. Within 3 months Redbrik has got several viewings and an offer that I was very happy with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Redbrik for any future property sales. Fabulous service .. we used Redbrick for selling and purchasing both properties.

We were kept updated and well informed for both properties- and Sarah M worked very hard to insure we got the right buyers .

Peter negotiated all our requests regarding the property we were buying , we probably sold at the worst time .. 24/25 .. with so much general uncertainty with interest rates , stamp duty , budgets and a complete change of government… but Sarah totally understood and was honest and professional at all times , making us feel we could trust her to make the right decisions regarding our sale .

Redbrick might not be the cheapest Estate Agents out there , but they definitely worked hard at both selling and buying for us .

There were a number of aspects to the service Redbrik gave us during the process of our house move which are worthy of note. Because our first contact with the team during the valuation process had been so positive we always felt we could discuss any matters of concern with them and we visited the office on Glumangate, Chesterfield many times!! Staff were always positive, friendly and professional. A mention too for the agents who let us view so many properties and must have begun to wonder if we were ever going to make a decision!! They were positive, clear and knowledgeable each and every time - thank you. Ironically this did mean when we saw Lancelot Close for the first time we knew immediately it was the house for us and were delighted it was a Redbrik property.

Buying a property via RedBrik was an unpleasant experience start to finish. It’s just lucky we are extremely happy with the property itself.

The Mandatory Payment to accept an offer which is tenuously linked to search completion (outside of their recommended legal teams these are not accepted, we tried 2 who both advised the same. Fresh searches). This practice borders on being against the governing act 1979.
2. Members of the RedBrik team messaged my wife after 23:00 hrs chasing solicitor communication. The message was strangely written and could be assumed as under the influence of alcohol owing to the time and strange message tone.

Unless property was unbelievably desirable I would avoid purchasing via RedBrik again.

The Team at Chesterfield are very professional especially Katie she is always polite,friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her.

From the first visit all the way through the process the team at Redbrik, namely Sarah Mcdonagh provided outstanding service. The support we received was excellent, queries were answered immediately and Sarah was always on hand to discuss any concerns and was exceptionally professional. To start with the enthusiasm and friendliness of Jacqueline who valued our property, is what made me choose Redbrik over other estate agents. The market then slowed down and it took a while, but as soon as Lisa took over managing our sale, she was very honest but above all she got things done, I tried to arrange a viewing managed by a different branch but got nowhere until I told Lisa I needed a viewing and within 5 minutes I actually got a viewing time. She is a fantastic member of staff for Redbrik.

Amazing service and marketing. After our property was placed on the market, we accepted an offer after 1 week. Nikki was fabulous at the beginning of the process when we first started with the organisation of the photos and marketing the property. Kathryn was great throughout the process with providing great communication and helping with speaking to solicitors and seeing if there was anything that could be done. Through all this work, we were able to complete on the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home within 100 days!
