Online buying experience is pretty bad.
If anything goes wrong with their buggy website they will put the onus on you to fix it and chase it up.

In store they don't stock my size anywhere including on line. Sales assistant suggested mens in smaller size would be the same as the women's size but they didn't have this in stock either sold out.
So he suggested on line.
What a ridiculous site wont let me navigate to check out. Bloody hopeless gave up.
I canget my size in womens in Athletes foot store in stock but is $40 more

Too rude Manager at The Rebel Sport Porirua, Wellington branch (4 semple street, Porirua).
Would never recommend.
The shoe had a minor defect, I tried to show and explain the problem that was making the shoe a bit uncomfortable for me to wear, but had a very bad reaction where the manager says “ I AM CHECKING”.
And the reaction made me feel as if she wanted to say “ Don’t show me the defect, I can check myself”.

Having dealt with many Rebel stores around Australia, I would have to recommend Glendale, NSW store, as the team there do an amazing job on the customer service front. Especially an assistant named James who went above and beyond to keep the kids happy while I was trying to find shoes for them. I have posted a picture and status on the Rebel FB page and the Rebel website page. Its people like James that make shopping at these large retailers a breeze and so enjoyable. The kids had a ball with him. I am a Cricket Coach and we are looking at updating our kits for this season, so I'm hoping to be able to secure some quality equipment at the best deals around. Maybe even sponsorship or something along those lines. Who knows. Keep up the great work Rebel. You will always have mine and the clubs business. Thank you.

Good prices but not always in stock. Especially billiard gear.

Pretty poor selection of Arsenal team apparel, I'd like to look at the away kit in store, I have gone elsewhere and spent over $500 on Arsenal team shirts and stuff, I shouldn't be forced to shop online, They wonder why retail is struggeling, Happily shop else where.

Easy to order from, decent prices, and all the items received after purchase online have been as advertised and in perfect condition.

Rebel never fails to disappoint. Terrible range of sports bras, mostly just stylish crops or "low intensity" bras suited for yoga or else old lady style berlei. Absolutely nothing suited to high intensity workouts or running. Shoe collection equally dire. If you're just looking for some trendy activewear for poncing round eastern suburbs cafes on saturday morning, you'll do fine. Anyone wanting to actually workout if better looking elsewhere.

I bought a Verao Boules Set so I can give this to John for his Birthday. It was extremely nice of Harry to give me the Boules Set for $20 instead of $29.99 as a once off only.

The last 3 visits to Rebel Pukekohe shows me why the place is nearly empty every time I go. At first I thought it was a one off but all three staff members look like they hate their jobs - can’t even offer proper service. I would rather pay double anywhere else but Rebel Pukekohe

I’ve found what I wanted every time I visited - few Rebel Sport locations. The clothes are pricey so I prefer to wait for sales, although the brand names may justify the premium prices. Customer service was no better than average as I had one incident of an impolite check out attendant but I can overlook a blip like that. Product range is great and overall I’m happy.

Got a pair of reebok nano 7's for $100! Staff weren't really interested in selling them it felt, but so cheap I didn't care

Went to Rebel Sport tonight to make the most of their one day sale. Sat 19 Nov. Rizalac put our order through and was very helpful with our $160 purchases. There were not many people left in the store at this stage.

When I mentioned I had liked an Adidas sweatshirt but unfortunately when I tried it on it had a stain on it. There were no other sweatshirts in this style and size left. I was told I could probably get some money off for this. The ?manager told me I could get $5 off. Is she on drugs? If that stain doesn't come out it's a lot more then $5 and the fact she expected my 13 year old to trek 1km away at night to use the loos as the rest of the mall was closed for the night. Thank goodness for Rizalac and get someone with some personality and life experience if you want someone to do managerial duties. Not a robot!!

If you don't need assistance with anything, this brand is great as they clearly have some decent stock... But if you need a hand with sizing or product query don't bother shopping here.
I've been to several Rebel Sport stores over the years (Qld and Vic) and it's been the last couple that have been very disappointing, in particular the Glen Waverley (Vic) store - staff attitude and customer service is abysmal.

Fast, efficient. Never any dramas if something is wrong size and needs exchanging.
