I now do not expect to receive my package
Rebel Sport Customer Service dept is unable to get any communication from Aramex & have not assisted any further.
My next option has been to demand a full refund & I have not heard back.

Both online stores and offsite stores are good. A lot of options of everything. Friendly staff. Easy return.

I bought some great Nike Runners. Got amazing help from the shoe lady. Loads to choose from and great prices. I used my Vidilook crypto profits to buy my shoes ! Just love shopping now. Rebel sports have everything.

No stars. Returned my Garmin watch as GPS not working, before new year. No contact from Rebel and have to train without Garmin. I will never shop at Rebel again.

I bought 2 Tundra 4 man tents last year in November and used them over the holidays. They were perfect. My shopping online experience was fast and pick up was awesome at the Manukau Shop. It was hectic the day I picked them up, but was served quickly when it was my turn. Thanks Rebel Sport for a cheap and good buy👍

Big sales are advertised but in fact it's a 50% off second item. If you don't need a second item then it is full price. Big sale signs plastered all over store but to me 50% off second item is not a sale.

I ordered a gym bench. The website said it's a large, bulky package so I paid a $40 delivery fee. The courier arrived unannounced and popped a postcard in my letterbox to let me know that because I wasn't home for the 30 seconds that he was at my front door, I can collect it from the depot that he is taking it to. Why did I pay a $40 delivery fee if I'm just picking the bulky, awkward package up from somewhere else?

I’m really disappointed in the service. Ordered on Saturday but still not received my order and tracking that was given by one of the live chat customer service does not work A week later and still didn’t receive my order

I ordered a small item on the 8th October from Rebel Sport online. Over a month later and it still hasn’t even been shipped. No response from Rebel after contacting them via email and only acknowledged after a bad review was posted yesterday. Still after saying they would escalate 2 days ago, no response, no refund, no answers as to if they even have the stock I ordered. They just don’t care. Happy to take your money though.

I bought some football boots (soccer) which took a couples days late to arrive and when they did arrive the box was squished and there was a little smudgy of dirt or something on one of the boots

It is clear that Rebel Sport pay no value to their customers otherwise the standard would not be so low . No stock in store , online is terrible if you have to return -based on my recent experiences I will not be shopping with them ever again It will be another sport company to go by the hands of ignorant business leaders

I went to renal sport Colombo street and the girl that served me was amazing. I wish I remembered her name so I could praise her but sadly I don’t . Her makeup was stunning and she was so polite and helpful.❤️❤️

Disgusting! Walked in to a crowd d cramped basement in the city.
The young “kid” had no idea what I was talking about! I asked him do you understand? He said no! Had no idea about stock. Spoke with another girl, they had no stock???
The place is just horrible. , could not wait to get out!

wanted to buy a concept 2 rowing machine. I had found several reputable online companies selling it for $1599.00. Rebels price $1699.00 I phoned the Coffs Harbour store to make sure they had some in stock. The first thing you hear on the phone is a jingle telling you they will beat their competitors price. I drove the 90 minutes to the nearest store. I talked to a salesperson, said I wanted to buy the rowing machine showed him the competitors prices. He said he would have to speak to the manager. Came back a few minutes later and told me they were completely different machines. I told him they were identical. We then went through all of the photos, the only difference in one photo and not on other similar angled shots was a little decorative stamp. Once he had agreed they were the same model he mumbled something about having to take into account the transport fees I would incur from getting it online. I asked to see the manager. She supported this idea their price guarantee included any transport fees. I told I could pick it up from one of the sites warehouses for free, or if I lived near a warehouses the transport fees would be negligible. Surely the spirt of your guarantee is the retail price and not adding other costs on so as to get out of honouring your guarantee. I add if you are going to add on competitors transport cost to the their retail cost what about the 3 hour round trip I would have made in coming to your store. She was not moved and as she moved of wished me a good day. As an aside Harvey Norman have a similar policy and in all the years I’ve shopped there have always honoured that policy and that is why I still often buy there. I won’t be going back to Rebel again.

Staff are rude and unhelpful.
Not knowledgeable about products, and some products are overpriced.

Girls kept talking to each other at register before serving person in front of them. Rebel you need to pick your game or else will be lost like glue store in future.

Bought a pair of shoes at Rebel Sports a couple of months ago, just for casual wear, the brand is Kustom. Without heavy wear or use, the soles became detached at the heals within a week and the canvas has become detached from the rubber sole sides. I like the style, but certainly not the performance. Useless.

My NDIS plan manger ordered a Nordic Track VR19 recumbent exercise bike and 3 days it was delivered great delivery but the next day on opening
the box cracked parts were found and prevented assembly ,then making complaint they have since avoided rectifying problem plus asking for my details many times and just sending me around in circles going nowhere and wasted my NDIS funding just like many other companies who see NDIS and government as a cash cow
As 25/1/2022 its 8 weeks since first contact with rebel sport to which issue has not been fixed and i believe they avoid their lawful duty under consumer protect laws with passion

Rebel had an online offer for members a typical way to sign up new members.
A free NFL jersey, you pay delivery, and also some great deals on other NFL gear.
So I signed up, ordered the jersey and also did what they wanted, kept shopping and spent more $$$$ online.
Surprise surprise, 3 months later the jersey does not show up. I enquire, they claim they cancelled the order because they were out of stock but I can now buy the jersey at full price.
I have an email asking how my jersey was! They also claim they sent me an email explaining what happened with the order but that was a lie.
This is an obvious scam to build their membership.
Horrible company and I have reported them to the ACCC.
