I recently ordered the new leggings from Reasn - which are fab i love the extra petite! Unfortunately they were being delivered to Ireland and got lost in shipping. I reached out to customer service to see if they had any more info on where the shipping was and spoke with the loveliest girl Corrine! Corrine was back to me within a day and resent me a new pair straight away once she got confirmation they had been lost and even went to the bother of coming back to me again to make sure they were delivered! Corrine was super to deal with and in an age of online shopping it can sometimes be a bit difficult reaching out to stores or getting a resolution which leads to only negative reviews so I feel like it should be highlighted when things are exceptionally good! Thank you to Corrine again and Team Reasn! : )

I've had quite a few items from Reasn and the quality is always amazing! I recently had an issue when royal mail delivered my order but it was an empty bag. I reached out to customer services and Corinne went above and beyond to help me. Can't thank her enough! Amazing quality clothes and the staff are so helpful

I have been buying Reasn since they first launched and the quality of the clothes is amazing! The brand really look after their customers. Amazing touch that platinum members revived a free hoodie on the brands first birthday. The delivery is super speedy as well. I also want to praise the customer service, I had a small issue with one of the items I had bought, I sent pictures through and Corinne dealt with it really promptly and sent out a replacement next day delivery. Can’t fault the brand!

The clothes are so well made. Different than other high street retailers. Had a problem with the packaging being damaged but this was quickly resolved. Sent me my original order again. Will definitely buy again my clothes again from Reasn.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Reasn, particularly from Corinne.

Unfortunately, one of the poppers on my set had come off when it arrived.
I contacted the team simply to make them aware, as I absolutely loved the set and it was already out of stock, so I really didn’t want to have to return it.

Corinne was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She responded so quickly, showed genuine care and understanding, and went above and beyond by arranging an express replacement for me. I was genuinely blown away, as I hadn’t expected this at all!
She also reassured me that I didn’t need to return the faulty set, which was such a lovely gesture.

It’s so refreshing to experience customer service that feels genuinely personal, where you feel listened to and valued rather than just another customer. Corinne was kind, helpful, understanding and an absolute credit to the company.

I already loved Reasn, but this experience has made me love the brand even more.

This is the first item I have purchased from you guys and I am not disappointed.They are the comfiest leggings I’ve ever stepped into.
Being a short arse generally petite trousers I have always had to turn up the bottom because they’re still too long!

I unfortunately was sent out the wrong garment but the customer service from Corinne was top notch. She resolved it so quickly and I had the right one sent out☺️ cannot recommend Reasn enough.

I’ve always loved Reasn and have purchased many of their clothing. I love the ethos behind the brand and the quality of clothing. I was really excited for one of their most recent launches. I got early access and ordered on 4th October, spending over £200! I received an email on 7th October to say my order would be sent, I STILL haven’t received the order. I have contacted Royal Mail who have advised that the order hasn’t been sent. I have sent multiple emails, DM’s on Instagram and commented on posts and the customer service has been shocking!! I got one email back asking for my delivery address and I haven’t heard anything back since. I’ve issued a formal complaint and still heard nothing!! I’ve always shouted from the rooftops about this brand but this experience has really put me off shopping with them again!

After speaking to Perrie & Corinne, I can now confirm that this has been dealt with swiftly.

Ive ordered 4 pairs of leggings, 2x jogging bottoms and a jumper and I honestly cannot fault the quality.

Ive also had to contact customer service twice, once because my parcel went missing in the post and once for general admin help. Both times Corinne has been so lovely and extremely helpful.

I absolutely love this brand, what they stand for and their clothes. I will keep coming back, thank you!

Had a problem with a pair of leggings, sent over a email and had a response from a lady named Corinne. Corinne made the whole process very simple easy offering a free return and replacement leggings, leggings sent on next delivery. Very pleased

Absolutely love this brand, i placed an on Thursday and it was delivered Saturday and thats to the Highlands of Scotland well done 👏🏻 this is my second outfit I’ve purchased from Reasn and both are stunning, great quality and true to size, I have the funnel neck espresso tracksuit and have had so many compliments on it and now have the Olive jumper and leggings and wow the colour the fit stunning, cant wait to order more 🤍

Ordered after seeing about the amazing quality online, have to be honest not sure if I’ve got a dodgy tracksuit but it’s absolutely not worth the £80 price tag. The zip is a very cheap quality and doesn’t stay up or in position. The brand is lovely and I love everything it stands for, but you would get similar quality in primark/zara/PLT for a fraction of the price. I was expecting quality to be in line with brands like Adanola/Tala. I would have sent back but the tag was very cleverly put onto the zip so you wouldnt have been able to tell about the zip falling down until you’ve removed it

Reasn give back so much. they operate a points system to earn vouchers for money off vouchers, send birthday vouchers, early access to members and free delivery on tiered levels. amazing customer service who are always helpful and attentive. big up to Adam and perrie. love my reasn wardrobe.

I’ve ordered from Reasn a few times now & love the pieces I have. My most recent order arrived with a fault on the stitching on the jumper, I contacted customer services straight away and Mirsie sorted it out brilliant for me. After sending photos over of the issue I received a free returns label and once I had emailed the proof of return I was issued a replacement (my choice I was also offered a full refund or a discount on the faulty item) the jumper was sent next day delivery too which was great. Great service, thanks so much!
