Placed an order and it was never received. I reached out several times and eventually had a response but then it led no where. I continued to email but again no response.

I purchased a Jones dildo from RealDoll back in 2023 and, like many other customers at that time, I experienced some issues with my order. Looking back, I was one of the fortunate ones because I did eventually receive it, and my friend, who streams on Chaturbate, absolutely loved it. Even without custom colouring, the quality of the silicone and the attention to detail were exceptional.

Fast forward a few years, and Sue, the new CEO of RealDoll, replied to my review. She openly acknowledged the company's previous problems and explained that she had been brought in to turn the business around, rebuild trust, and address historic issues experienced by customers.

I was understandably a little sceptical at first, but after exchanging several emails with Sue, we reached an agreement and she kindly offered to send me a brand-new Dirk dildo free of charge, including international shipping.

A few weeks later, it arrived. The Dirk is genuinely a work of art. The silicone feels incredibly high quality, something my friend also commented on when using my previous purchase. The paintwork and detailed veining make it look remarkably realistic and lifelike compared with other products on the market. After researching a number of brands, I genuinely believe RealDoll is one of the only companies producing products to this level of quality and realism.

Although my first experience with RealDoll was far from perfect, Sue has demonstrated that she is genuinely committed to turning the company around and making things right for customers. Based on my recent experience, I would encourage anyone who still has concerns because of older negative reviews to reach out to RealDoll directly.

I would absolutely consider purchasing another dildo or other products from their website in the future.

Very fast on filling my order

I purchased Dirk as a surprise for my wife. Dirk arrived at our door in less than two weeks from the day we ordered him. En effet on obtient des produits premium très bien finis. La sensation est proche de la peau.

It is by far the best dildo my wife and I have ever purchased. It’s so realistic that my wife, coming from a heterosexual background, has told me multiple times that there is simply NO difference at all. Delivery took just two and a half weeks, and the customer service is a solid 5 stars. Discreet, fast, and premium. Plus, if there’s ever an issue, you can reach out to them and get an immediate solution! We bought the Rockwell, and it has the perfect size and girth. The only thing I’d love to see is for them to create a vaginal insertable Vac-U-Lock adapter alongside their strap-on harness to attach the dildo

I had to wait around half year for the SenseX. There was a paper in the box: How to download the app to my phone and a link to a video about its use. The downloading link is not existing and the video channel is terminated. The technical department didn’t reply after 5 weeks. Many people complained that their app is heavily bugged. There was a charger in the box, but there isn’t instruction about the meaning of its lights.

Sent me the completely wrong colour and type of sense X. I had to pay for delivery and I paid $600 for this! Customer service is slow and doesbt response that quick i always have to chase up things. The item broke within the first few days and I still am awaiting to hear contact about a reimbursement.

Complete scam company. Waited nearly 6 months for 1 item. Luckily I got my refund via bank.
