After our doctor prescribing piriton after seeing emailed images of our son with chicken pox I took my son into the Elderslie branch over concerns over my sons weeping and bloodshot eyes. The branch pharmacist took one look at my son and told me to insist my doctor seen him face to face, if he wouldn’t then to go straight to A&E. Later that night and thanks to the direction of this kind and concerned pharmacist my son was admitted and treated for severe chicken pox and tested immediately for sepsis. If it hadn’t been for the pharmacist I would have taken the view from the doctor that “this will pass”. He was a very sick little boy who still has marks over his body as a result of how bad his expert with chicken pox was.

Went to Elderslie Pharmacy in Renfrewshire ,for my mother to have ear wax removal carried out.

Mr Asif the pharmacist carried out the removal, he was very helpful knowledgable and patient with my mother who is 85 years old has dementia and has been having problems with wax build up for many years and deafness
The process took about 30 mins Mr Asif explained everything he was doing from start to finish, the results where great, my mum was able to understand everything Mr Asif said to her and reply to his questions, i was really happy with what MrAsif had managed to do and happier that my mum is now able to understand what people where saying to her and to reply

So a big thank you Mr Asif you have made a huge difference to and old woman who had been struggling for a long time to communicate with anyone, really appreciate what you have done for her

Had problem with use by date on product bought so emailed and sent photos and in next post the product was replaced so would definitely recommend and use again.

It was nice to be treated with empathy even though I realize this is not a real person. I'm just frustrated that it's impossible to get the one medication that actually helps me get decent sleep I'm not sure of the actual date that I placed my order. It was also the same day I discovered your site
