My salesperson was WOW.. SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE.. coupled with a professionally casual sales approach... he was "visiting" this location from another store. He had to refer to other sales staff to locate particular items in the store and each one greeted me warmly and happily assisted. Did I mention the AWESOME selection of furnishings? I will DEFINITELY be back.

I never received a confirmation email…
I never received a confirmation email or information about the financing. I am pretty disappointed. I’ve had wonderful interactions in person before, but doing everything online was not good. Also, when I used the chat feature on the website to find out more information and get help, Bill, who took my chat was very short with me and did not help much other than pushing through at least a confirmation email. He just curtly said to call customer care and signed off “my plasure” misspelled.

If I could give this place zero starts…
If I could give this place zero stars I would. My in store experience was great, everyone is super attentive and happy to assist in order to get you to pay for the furniture. I ordered custom furniture, waited six weeks for it to arrive and my experience upon delivery and after has been horrific. The sofa and ottoman were delivered incomplete, one section missing, there were stickers all over the furniture which caused discoloration, the CREAM COLORED sofa was delivered dirty and the delivery men were rude and not helpful. I never accepted the furniture, and they left it in my home and told me to call the office. Since then, I have had to chase everyone from both salesmen Hamid and Juan as well as their store manager Moe (who would never call me back and has been dodging my inquiries). THEIR company made a mistake, and they expect for me to do the legwork to get this fixed and to block entire days for their service men to come out. It's an absolutely unacceptable experience and I've notified them today that I have furniture here I never accepted and am disputing this with my credit card company today. they are so happy to take 4K of your money and not even deliver a complete set. It's the absolute worst experience and I will tell everyone I know to never shop here. When you do get someone on the phone they say "they are just a salesman" and it's out of their hands. I will never again come here.

Before they started carrying the furniture inside the house, I said please be careful, the door is new, if the furniture doesn’t fit, please stop. The delivery workers need to be more careful going thru the front door. They damaged the door frame.

Your employee called, said ‘hello’ once, and then immediately hung up the phone. We have been trying for SIX MONTHS to have our furniture replaced. This has been ABYSMAL customer service.
