After recently moving into a new place, we had questions about size & positioning of our furniture that Marcelino was knowledgeable and quite helpful with. He never pushed and was just a pleasure to work with. We’re so happy with our purchase!

I stopped in to investigate purchasing a mattress. Had not done this for 19 years so had no idea of the new merchandise and features of the products. Was approached by Zlatko and he was a pleasure to deal with. Since I didn't know shat I wanted he explained all the features I needed and was able to get me a great deal at a good price. Pleasure to have dealt with him. I've purchased from your store before and have always been very satisfied.

Ester Rodriguez is an amazing sake’s woman. She has a real sense of style and knows how to decorate extremely helpful!

I was driving past the store and decided to stop in just to browse. Salesman Gary was there. Initially told him I was just browsing but mentioned to him "kinda what I was looking for."
He brought me to the section where recliners are and told me the options available. Gary impressed me so much, I ended up buying a recliner.
He is an excellent salesman without the "annoying" pitch many sales-people have. Full disclosure, I am a repeat customer over the years at this store. I always check other nearby furnature stores but end up at Raymore. The price may be slightly higher than some but the quality is far better and the best part... Gary.

Lattifa was wonderful. She is please to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, made recommendations without being pushy.

Kimberly Bo greeted us - and impressively, remembered us - despite the fact that we only asked questions and did not make a purchase on the last visit. She was extemely helpful, worked with our daughter to select a mattress and bed, showed us sofas (for our daughter) and made it a most wothwhile visit. Thanks to Kimberly, we will be back...yet again.
