Jessica E. at the West Springfield store was SO helpful today! She helped me troubleshoot how to use our adjustable base and it worked!! She took the time to show me a Bluetooth app, gave me the manufacturer phone number for support and explained how it worked so I could trouble shoot it when I got back home. I’m very appreciative of her help and excellent customer service!!
