Alexius Rondon's excellent customer service

Alexius Rondon made the unpleasant chore of mattress shopping a stress free and comfortable experience. He was most patient, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. He found just the right balance between attentiveness and allowing us the freedom to shop at our own pace and try almost every mattress in the store! Alex listened to our priorities and steered us in the right direction. We are excited to get our new mattress tomorrow. If you need a mattress-ask for Alex!

Kendra is the best

Kendra is the best! She helped design our new sunroom set up, and she showed us several furniture choices to consider. Gardner was also terrific, very patient as we looked at MANY choices. He was helpful and answered all our questions.

Buyer Beware Starlite recliner

Showed us an amazing Starlite recliner. We ordered it. When we received it audio functions did not work. Refused return even though is was less than 24hrs. Salesman did not tell us TV requirements. I did not buy this from a bargain store. I expected them to be the standard since it was $1500. Totally disappointed.

We were looking for a new mattress for a short person.

We were looking for a new mattress. We found what we were looking for, but mostly because we had looked on line before visiting the store.
I am short, so most of your setups were too high for me to even try them.
The mattress that we had sort of liked on line luckily was just a tad too high, so I was able to test it out!
Something to think about as I can not be the only short person looking for a new mattress!!

Went the extra mile

I wanted to buy a living room set that wasn't there on the showroom floor. Instead of making me drive an hour away they brought the chair there for me to see. I really appreciated the extra time they took to accommodate me.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Albany Medium Mattress. It arrived with a strong chemical odor that has not subsided even after days of airing it out in a well-ventilated room. The smell is overwhelming and makes it difficult to stay in the same room for long, let alone sleep on it. The gas released from the mattress has seeped into the sheets and comforter, and gave me a headache the one time I tried to lay on it.

As if the odor wasn’t bad enough, trying to return or get a replacement has been impossible.
The mattress I received is nothing like the one I tested in the showroom. The showroom model was supportive and comfortable, the one I received smells so bad I still don’t know what it feels like to sleep on it.

This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and I feel misled by the product description and in-store demonstration.

I cannot recommend the Sealy Posturepedic Plus Hybrid Albany Medium Mattress or this store to anyone. Between the persistent chemical smell, and the poor quality customer service , this has been a regrettable purchase , a true inconvenience. I’m now left with a bed I can’t sleep on , out of over $1500 and trying to resolve this issue with the company . Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.
